Bathroom drainage wasn't as good as it should have been. Towels need replacement as they seem worn out. Some simple things like extra toilet rolls, 3in1 coffee, tea, or tourist maps might help visitors settle in better. Large bin bags will help encourage visitors to clean up well before leaving.

Great location to drive around JB. Facilities new and good. Lift was fast and well maintained. Carparking space was also comfortable and well lit. Security was tight and guards were friendly.

Bed against wall, hard to access. Unstable shower head. Needed broom and pan, glasses, some tea and coffee provisions, new towels, tea towel.

The aircon is slightly too small and weak for the entire apartment. It takes a long time for the room to cool down.

Very smooth and easy check-in process with clear step by step instructions sent beforehand. Security of the apartment is good, and the guard is friendly and provided instruction of the mailbox location for key collection and car park lot. The host is also very responsive and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Location was near the customs and but would need to walk on the road to get to, and in general, that was the only thing that wasn't the best. Would recommend having your own transportation (whether grab or your own car) if walking along the road is not your thing. Could also perhaps hop on the Capri shuttle, as it was next door, but not sure where the shuttle would stop, so would probably recommend looking for that online if you could.

Kept in touch with the people managing the property through WA, so was very easy to get information and communicate with them. The rooms were clean, and the space was very spacious for all 5 of us, with enough beds to go around. The apartment that we were in had 2 doors (A, B), though we did not hear our neighbours at all. We were able to use the gym facilities and the pool, which were all well maintained. And when we had an issue, we could report it straight to the property manager quickly. All in all, a nice place to stay with friends.

We would recommend the owner to check the drains in the shower regurarly.

Lack of bedside tables in both bedrooms,, water has plastic taste, double bed in the rooms are not welcoming, washing machine should come with washing powder, broken hanger is another minus point. Please clear the 2 choked bathrooms, that's a big disappointment for new appt. If you resolve the above points, I am sure you'll get many more referrals and repeat customers for sure.

Rooms and bathrooms need more hooks or shelves for guests to put their amenities instead of using the top of the toilet for a shelf. Shower curtain would also help avoid the water splashing onto the rest of the bathroom floor.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to the JB CIQ. We loved the interior decor of the place. Simple and tasteful. The beds are very comfortable and we have a nice clear view of the causeway from the balcony. The facilities are awesome, especially the swimming pool and gym. They even have sauna and steam room! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Didn't get a chance to play the mahjong! LOL
