I know every place also will have a small problem. Just not enough slippers inside house and the sink is clogged the water flows very slowly only .

Home stay are very nice and good, I and my girlfriend very very like it. We will continue book again if next time coming again.

The elevator service in the building is slow and always crowded

The room is big enough for a small family. There are 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a futon. The shower has hot water, and the host even provides praying mat in the room.

The lifts are very busy at certain times of the day and you can end of waiting for at least 10 minutes- allow plenty of time! Otherwise all good.

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and had good views over parts of the city with the sea in the distance and river below. The host was very responsive in answering questions. Was a bit of a walk to the historic areas and Jonker street but walking distance for us, good walk along the river.

The owner contacted me right away when I booked in this app! The instructions given for check in were very clear . And the owner responded very promptly to any enquiries I had. The room was okay just don’t expect much. The aircon was perfect. The toilet was clean. Everything was provided from body wash to utensils and dishwashing soap + sponge. The owner left a few snacks and bottles of water for us complimentary, which was really thoughtful. Parking in the building was 10RM per stay (pls register vehicle at the front desk at level G)

this is NOT a hotel, although they try to mimic the hotel that is in the same building. Our experience feels a lot like they're trying to scam/milk the tourists, It all started when we arrived, we needed to get a parking card out of a mailbox on the ground floor, which is weird because we thought we booked a hotel. We only got half the instructions via WhatsApp at first, so we went to the official hotel. They told us that we were not staying with them, so it got even weirder at that point. We used WhatsApp to ask what to do, we got an answer with the rest of the instructions on how to open a private postal mailbox in the residence section of the building. This box was empty, then a Chinese guy came and gave us a card with which we could park the car. The WhatsApp chat said that de room was not ready at that moment so we could better go to the mall for a bit, weird right? We were a bit early so okay, we waited. Then the room was “ready”. The WhatsApp chat gave us a PIN code to enter the room (not very safe to say the least). Once we got to the room it became clear that the room did not look like the pictures on booking.com, it was very very dirty, everything was sticky, the furniture was falling apart, no real beds, just some mattresses on the ground, and an air freshener that made the heard on the back of your head stand up. I did not shower during my stay here, it was just too dirty. Thank god we only stayed one night,

Room smell horrible. I'm couple was place in 3 bed room unit with 1 extra mattress!! Bathroom was wet. Cleaning tools every where visible , toilet and balcony!? Totally like house accommodation but not hotel or other ABNB for a rate of RM128 which The shore hotel charge additional RM20 for off season. Public should be aware not to choose The Shore Hotel & residence with the word "FULL HOUSE" - this is a private unit. Not recommended to stay there. If you go to booking.com - there are 3 name under The Shore Hotel & Residence.. No wonder the hotel staff have make mistake to chose this private unit for me to extended my stay at the Shore Hotel & Residence. 1st time i came across this problem. I have stay some private unit before but no issue like this... not with hello kitty things and cleaning tools be seen every where.

Because your website copy the original The shore hotel name and address, this is a private unit which was mistakenly chosen by The Shore hotel Front Office staff itself, which i never want to stay at private unite. Of course private unit does not met my expectation compare to hotel unit. Website shown 2 bed but came in with 3 big bed and extra mattress !!?? and I'm only 2 person. And the room mell was horrible / type of air freshener used, like in Chinese reflexology center. Bed sheet was hello kitty ?? Website was normal white sheet like hotel with twin bed! I checking at 3pm due to mistake by The shore hotel. And i left the unit by 7pm.
