MalaysiaWe checked into The Grand Beach Resort Port Dickson around 5pm. Although the lobby was quite full, it was still manageable. We were warmly greeted by Kalai at the front desk, who, despite a few hiccups with our room situation, handled our check-in smoothly and efficiently. It's important to understand that maintaining the beauty and charm of this resort requires a dedicated team, including the staff. They are truly doing their best to accommodate every guest. Our room was amazing, offering a stunning sea view after we requested an upgrade from Kalai herself, who was all smiles and incredibly accommodating. Overall, our stay was delightful. The beautiful architecture and the dedication of the staff made our experience memorable. Side note: I believe with the right funding and proper planing this could be the 5 Star hotel that we look forward to visiting again.

It's right next to the beach. Has a beautiful sunset. Staff are friendly & helpful. Kids are able to choose either to go to beach or go to swimming pool. There is also a pool guard (unsure if they are trained lifeguards) but at least u know that there is someone overlooking the whole pool.
