The checkin checkout procedure was seemless. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is the best, especially if having kids. All the major attractions were walkable, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were very helpful and made our stay so comfortable. Can book this place with no hesitation. If we are back in Kuala lumpur, we would definitely go back here!!!

Cannot really think of anything negative.

The biggest draw for me was the location of this property. It is located right in the middle of downtown Kuala Lumpur and walking distance from attractions like the Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, KLCC Park and the Aquaria. The apartment allotted to us was very clean and with most facilities inhouse. The view from almost all the rooms was spectacular overlooking the KL Skyline. It was a beautiful experience looking at the view and passing cars down below from our 35th floor apartment while it rained outside. The hosts were prompt and pleasant and were just a message or phone call away from helping us out in case of any requests. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kuala Lumpur

In prime location, 10 mins walk to KLCC and 10 mins walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. There are many shops nearby. It was in high floor hence the stunning view of KL especially at night. The place is quite spacious especially as i was traveling with 2 kids. Everything in the property is good; clean rooms, fresh sheets and towels, comfortable kitchen and living room. The check in and check out was flawless! One of the team even helped us to get the food as we arrived quite late at night, the kids were so tired and it was raining. Grateful for the whole team!

The iron !! It was sadly just very poor quality. The staff were very quick to arrange a second iron (which was sadly of a similar standard).

The staff were available to contact via WhatsApp They were very quick to reply and super helpful. The location was excellent -- you were 5 minutes walk to Suria Mall. The water dispenser in the apartment was also a great touch. We didn't cook any meals as we ate out so cannot comment on the kitchen facilities.

the host and his/her team is very friendly and supportive. We are very comfortable during our stays. distance about 800m to KLCC and also 800m to Pavillon shopping mall. around 3km to Chinatown. Would highly recommend for group of family.

The aparment could use a deep cleaning once in a while. 7th floor is not really high up, you can still hear noise from the street, but it's not terrible, you might want to choose one of the others(with view, family or superior) that are on the upper floors. It's a real shame that a building so new was not well maintained and it seems 20+ years old when it's only half that.

We got the Two-Bedroom apartment positioned on the 7th floor. It was spacious, well equipped and mostly clean. It's within walking distance to the most important landmarks in KLCC, other important places to visit are easily accesible via taxi/Grab. The building has a pool, not free, but almost, 20myr per adult. There's also a well equipped gym.

Great host- in a WhatsApp group soon as we landed with all instructions and FAQs answered what felt like almost instantly no matter what time of day and night! Was so impressed. Basic apartment but had everything you need and location was absolutely brilliant- near everything including jalan alor night market. Slept very well and view was breath taking. We stayed at a 5 star hotel few mins drive from here for second half of holiday and I felt this apartment was great location and value for money that I would not have minded staying here! With kids it was ideal with facilities too
