We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Glad I chose to stay here. Its very convenience, host is very welcoming and fast response. Guide me step by step for check in, parking. Definitely will stay here again if I ever come to Shah Alam. Recommended

MalaysiaThe apartment was spacious and the interior design was so nice. I like the idea of having save energy in the bathroom. There's a motion detector and the toilet's light will off on its own. Overall I enjoy my stay there love the ambience and the facilities. Nice view from the swimming pool floor.

Deposit rm250,then parking rm15 Not wothit at all.Owner respond late and refund deposit super late!! Aircond not cold!! And apartment its to small.last and bad day for this apartment! MalaysiaI've been to hill10 several times and i enjoyed staying here, However, I had a very bad experience on this visit. My husband and I had to went thru hell just to check in. Just imagine we went there at 3.30pm but was just allowed to check in almost 4.30pm.we waited for damn 1hour..Just imagine Not only that,to add salt to injury, we were told to wait outside of the lobby under hot sun and was not even allowed to wait inside as the security told us the rules are changed,IT SEEMS the host has to come and give us the access card then only we can come in,WHAT NONSENSE... AS A HOST/ UNIT OWNER THE ANSWER GIVEN WAS THEY DONT KNOW ON THE RULES CHANGED BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT 🤔 YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND GIVE PROPER ANSWER, WE ARE NOT STAYING HERE FOR FREE!!!!!! The othr problem we had endure was the toilet, it was smelly and the shower handle was faulty, There is problem with the aircond,when we turn on the aircond in the room it emits foul smell and it was so smelly So overall it was not a good staycation for us
