Glad I chose to stay here. Its very convenience, host is very welcoming and fast response. Guide me step by step for check in, parking. Definitely will stay here again if I ever come to Shah Alam. Recommended

Difficult to check in and check out. The parking are to complicated and not suitable for brings disable person bcs the facilities are not so good..

Use the clean water to sweep the dining table and hall. For the bathroom, when enter to bathroom I smell something unpleasant. So I have to wash the whole bathroom again. This is what I spent for

I have stayed three times.1st time the room was clean. But some smell.. 2nd 3rd time the apartment looks clean but not . I hv to moop and wash again at the washroom & dining again.

The apartment was spacious and the interior design was so nice. I like the idea of having save energy in the bathroom. There's a motion detector and the toilet's light will off on its own. Overall I enjoy my stay there love the ambience and the facilities. Nice view from the swimming pool floor.

At first the host provide unclean and untidy room, please check before handing over the room to customer. Your carelessness adding hustle to your customer for changing the room. Deposit was also refunded a little late after few times of reminder was given. The rest is just ok.

Hard to find this apartment!! I spend 50 mins to understand how to find a keys,need to read all the thing. Deposit rm250,then parking rm15 Not wothit at all.Owner respond late and refund deposit super late!! Aircond not cold!! And apartment its to small.last and bad day for this apartment! Owner also not helping enough and sound not friendly. Not recommended! 👎👎👎

Parking need to download app. Pay RM20 per day is not worth. Owner shud consider for free parking since we stayed in the apartment. Wardrobe wit cockroch..found 2 No mineral water bottle at least? No compliment of 3in 1 drinks maybe? Washing Machine not working at all

The name doesn't reflect the location. It should mention Hill10 Residence. Easier to find. Secondly, I hate that the key box numbers were hard to read because 1. The position is a bit high for average height Asian. 2. The numbers on the lock was hard to read especially at night. Some contrast colour or fluorescent paint would definitely help. I had to use phone camera & zoom to see the numbers.

I arrived late, around 12 and the host had been patience enough to help me check in and kind enough to allow for late checkout at 12. The unit was ok, sufficient basic necessities and like many mentioned in previous review, here's washer with dryer. Location was great. Next to a mall.

I've been to hill10 several times and i enjoyed staying here, However, I had a very bad experience on this visit. My husband and I had to went thru hell just to check in. Just imagine we went there at 3.30pm but was just allowed to check in almost 4.30pm.we waited for damn 1hour..Just imagine Not only that,to add salt to injury, we were told to wait outside of the lobby under hot sun and was not even allowed to wait inside as the security told us the rules are changed,IT SEEMS the host has to come and give us the access card then only we can come in,WHAT NONSENSE... AS A HOST/ UNIT OWNER THE ANSWER GIVEN WAS THEY DONT KNOW ON THE RULES CHANGED BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT 🤔 YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND GIVE PROPER ANSWER, WE ARE NOT STAYING HERE FOR FREE!!!!!! The othr problem we had endure was the toilet, it was smelly and the shower handle was faulty, There is problem with the aircond,when we turn on the aircond in the room it emits foul smell and it was so smelly So overall it was not a good staycation for us
