Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The apartment was very nice, beautiful, clean and comfortable for family. all equipment is complete.

Malaysiahave television but cannot watch because no signal. advisable to bring your own hardisk if u want to watch tv. Air-con in living hall not functioning and the floor not well swept because u can feel the sand when u walk.
the bed was awesome & great!!! location near the beach and easy access for restaurant. Have microwave to reheat food and freezer. Have 2 bathrooms with old fashion design.

MalaysiaNo wifi and there is no TV service. There is a smart TV but it is not hooked up to any TV system. You can still connect youtube on your mobile phone using Chromecast.
Location is very near to the beach and restaurants. Facilities included a nicely sized swimming pool and easy to find restaurants that offer lots of choices for foods.
