12 HOUR STOPOVER IN KLIA, AIRSIDE SO OFF THE PLANE, BED ONTO THE NEXT PLANE IN THE MORNING.

Strong fake and artificial deodorising smell gave us a headache. Use of essential oils and natural fragrance would be better. First room they gave us had no window and was very musty but they happily changed rooms for us to a window with view of the runway.

Good location for early flight the next day.

I felt a little claustrophobic simply because there wasn't a window in my room - it may be that none of the rooms have windows - I don't know. The air conditioning worked well though, and I was quite comfortable.

The hotel is perfect if you need somewhere to stay while in transit - it is well signed. The room was quite compact - but I had everything I needed. The shower was good and hot, while the bed was extremely comfortable. Good size TV on wall. There were new toothbrushes etc, hairdryer, tea/coffee. There is a bar and a self-service restaurant serving fairly basic, but quite edible, food in the hotel, and the staff there were helpful. Breakfast can be included on some deals, which I hadn't realised. I actually needed my room for 14 hours instead of the 12 I had booked, and paid for the additional hours at check in.

Some of room fixtures a bit dated and need refreshing - sink tap not properly fixed and dodgy powerpoints

Very convenient airside transit hotel booked for a 14 hour stopover. Very clean room with comfy bed and excellent shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful and great to be able to have buffet style meal before connecting flight.

There was an upgrading work at the airport and kept hearing buzzing sounds from 1am to 6am. I had to use my earplugs! Oh the cover of tv’s remote was missing, not into this coz im OCD

The location as it is convenient when you have an early flight the next day. Beds are super comfy! Although it says max stay is 6 hours i had an extra hour (just be nice to the receptionist i’d say)

the bed was a bit hard for my taste.

We landed and departed from the satellite terminal where the Sama Sama is located. We had a 13 hour overnight stopover. We were all tired & it was so convenient and comforting to be able to just walk into the hotel in the building and relax for the night before our onward flight the next day.

When someone book room(because of airport runway view photo they show on their page ) people think they will get these type of view room but in reality I got room with no window.

Every time the neighboring rooms water was turned on, we were woken up because of the very loud noise the water pipes were making. We only needed the room for 4 hours between flights and had to move rooms because of the noise after 1.5 hours. If it wasn't for the friendly staff we would have asked for a refund and left.

Staff were great. We have used this facility before.

The walls were very thin. You could hear the people in the next room showering and using the toilet. And also, there should be more staff at the reception because the queue of people waiting to check in was really really really long it looked and felt like you were waiting to go through security at your departure gate.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Had all the bathroom essentials you would expect from a full-fledged hotel.
