The guard for the private pool were too strict to us, and when we look at the pool, got the others were using the pools without following the rules, hence feels not very comfortable with that treatment. After all we still need to follow the rules to avoid anything happens

We are liking the view of the homestay, which is looking on the skyline of the Singapore and the breeze of that day we've staying were really good (not really hot and not rainy season). Also the parking is easier to find and close to the door to going to the home.

The carpentry in the rooms and bathrooms showed wear and tear, otherwise still usable.

We stayed for 2 nights in early April, a week away from Hari Raya Pusa. Living room and all bedrooms are aircon with ceiling fan. Aircon was strong. No fighting to use toilets. Parking was easy. No problem with the security. There is a cukoo brand water hot cum cold filter, brought our own bottles to refill before going out save us from reboiling water daily. Owner/host is gracious and friendly, reply quickly upon questions though I can't speak Malay. Night time is quiet, not much traffic or loud bearing music from night bars to disturb rest. Better than hotels as the walls are thicker and you won't get disturb by other guest closing doors/TV noise. That area of Danga Bay is not so congested a good starting point to explore JB and outskirt.

The view is amazing. The apartment is beautiful, huge and very comfortable. The owner guide and help us very well. Very near to deck and beach. Tv works well and fast wifi. They provide 2 parking space and 2 access card for us. Beautiful pool. Alot of restaurants, cafe, food truck and mini market nearby. Definitely will booked again, worth every money.

Alhamdulillah, the whole unit was clean. I felt like home during the stay. View was masyaallah. Balcony was 24hours windy. Wifi available too. Tv has a lot of channels including HBO. Alot of shops and eateries downstairs. Beletime mall was just opposite. Danga bay carnival park was a 3mins drive away. My kids didnt wanna leave, thats how great this place is. Owner was accomodating too. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

During our stay, there was some problem with astro channel. It is great if this rectified earlier. Plus it is also great if WiFi access is provided.

All the bathroom floors are slippery and not enough soap provided compared to other homestays I have stayed before. The blankets are so small and one of the rooms got bedbugs (pijat) and my family who slept in that room suffered ichiness and rashes. There's only one mirror for everybody. The mattress, pillows, bedsheet, blankets and towels just like kampung style. Need to be improved. Overall this property is not so tidy and not clean enough. And I was quite dissappointed with the owners attitude.

Good water supply, aircon works well and washing machine is available. Cooking utencils are available.
