Netherlandsdont go. The pool was stinky and full of algae, we also had to get our own sunbeds from a big pile that was hidden away in the back, the bed was squeaky, the airconditioning didnt do anything we asked it to do and was really loud, the booking information didnt make clear that there wouldnt be breakfast available due to ramadan, vibe was not it.
I only give them the 2 instead of the 1 because the shower was quite good.

IndiaFirst, we didn't like the staff attitude - not at all customer friendly, completely money minded, not knowledgeable and very bad in communication. When we checked in, we were asked for RM10 per night as tourism promotion, where as far more decent rooms in Cenang charged us only RM1 per night for the same. There was no notice displayed at reception regarding the same, not mentioned in the bill, but we were charged at check-in. The rooms were very small, no room freshener, and with a view of the parking lot. The entrance to the rooms looked like a dormitory. It holds Sharp TV with no features but 5 malay channels. No toiletries, no coffee mugs, no coffee powder/tea bags, just water bottles. The breakfast was pathetic both days, and we asked for two glasses of warm milk, and we were charged RM10 at checkout stating that we had ordered two hot meals. That's how communication works and money minded staff are. Overall, we regret our decision of choosing Riverra Inn in the first place.
Just the beds to crash in. Other than that there is nothing to like.
