We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI didn't know there's some renovation work being done outside the hotel. It did pose some unpleasant experience to me at the beginning. Only on the outside that was giving the not so welcoming look but once inside, I felt fine.
The restaurant was still open when I arrived bcs it was quite late in the evening when I did. I was feeling really tired and hungry. The surrounding area in the restaurant was nice, the food was quite good and the staff were helpful.

MalaysiaWhen I returned after 7 hours on Sunday my room was not cleaned.i hung a sign on the door. I had to call housekeeping twice. I wanted to rest B4 going out for a night function.that is the only setback, they cleaned up at 4 pm
The room was really big and 👍 I enjoyed my 4 days stays. All the lobby staffs and door men were very obliging.

the location is in the nearby facilities and shopping center, the check in and check out process is very smooth, staff is helpful, even allowed me to have free parking even we bring more than 1 car :) hopefully we can book again and taste the breakfast, or even dinner at the place(last booking we're in a packed schedule ), even tough we have the renovation notice, we dun hear any noise from our room

MalaysiaAir conditiong doesnt circulate well in the room, there are some blind spots where the areas were noticeably warm. Lighting was another let down. Felt gloomy at night. Mattresses could be improved with softer ones.
Maybe the most decent “proper” hotel in Klang? Location is key, with supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, eateries and an upcoming LRT station around the vicinity. Staffs were friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. Checking in and out were very efficient, am so impressed. Room doesnt look dated, and is spacious. Parking lots are aplenty and provided with compliments. Lobby smelt great.

MalaysiaHousekeeping response time could be improved. There was a very bad leak in the bathroom’s sink, which took housekeeping more than 30mins to fix. The gym’s equipment could be improved, the yoga mat is very dirty with an awful stench, and can be seen to be breaking apart.
Good location. friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was the standard fare.
