The swimming pool rules n regulation. U need to give ur access card to the guard, they keep it and give wristband to u. They give us maximum 1 hour only to enjoy the pool n waterpark. Wearing swimming suit is compulsory. They wont tolerate with jersey either. For me the time given only 1 hour is ridiculous since waterparks at KL also not like this. Thumbs down for this issue. If u guys wanna stay here with ur kids durings school holiday, u just need to be patient ya with the rules hihihiii.

The unit is clean and spacious for 9 of us. Got refrigerator, panasonic water purifier, washing machine. The owner also very friendly and welcoming us. Easy to communicate with.

The ceiling fan is noisy and its quite annoying at night. All rooms except the masterbed room were too bright with the light coming from the coridor, which yoi can't turn off and the curtain isn't sufficient to black-out the room. So we can't really sleep well. As for the location, distance wise it is very near to the town area (around 15 mins drive) however the road to the condo has traffic light every 300m. So you got to be patient waiting for traffic light every tine going out and in from/ to the homestay. There's only one parking bay provided so if you have more than 1 car you'll need to park at the visitor parking at another block and inconveniently located at the rooftop so you got to spend around 10mins everytime to get to the car or going back to the honestay unit. Another inconevience is that there's only one access card provided so you'll have to organise nicely to make sure everyone manage to get to the lift.

The house is very clean and almost identical to the picture posted. It very equiped with Coway water filter which is very convenient to us. The host allow us to check out late which is very helpful.

Would really appreciate it if we can get 2 access cards instead of just 1.

Cozy place with water park facilities, great for group with kids. Restaurants and convenient stores are just located outside of the condo. No issue in food hunting in the middle of the night. The unit is spacious, clean and cozy.

The staff did not send us instructions for the key earlier (day before), they sent the instruction around mid day of the day we arrive, but I was unable to check her message on the day due to no internet access for that day. We had to wait in the scorching heat for about an hour before getting in touch with the staff for instruction for the key☹️

Beds and sofa were made of assembled wooden pallets, probably for a recycling/environmentally friendly theme, however it's difficult to maintain(eventually it'll be collecting dust and will be a problem I feel) and my son and I got scratched while sitting at the sofa, nothing major but a little annoying. Rooms were pretty small, so we left our luggage in the living room(which is big), and just brought essentials into the rooms. We had a broken bathroom doorknob as well, but luckily it's in the master bedroom, so no issue about keeping the toilet locked. Also there's no shower curtains, so the toilet floor gets wet after showering which can be rather slippery. It'll be better to have more hooks or shelves in the toilet to put our clothings when showering as there's just one hook and we had to use it to keep the towels, but putting clothes on the toilet bowl cover is not possible since there's no bathroom curtains. Eventually we just left it on the edge of the wash basin but it's not the ideal place really. It's frankly not that bad a place, just nitpicking and giving suggestions to make it better that's all.

Apartment was very new, place was overall clean as well. Living room area was big with dining area and TV area. We liked that it isn't cluttered and the furnishing is just enough and leaves plenty of space for us to keep our luggage/goodies. Comes with water filter so getting cold/hot drinking water was very convenient without having to boil water. It was on a high floor so the view was pretty good too.

everything is excellent except for the waterpark that can use for only one hour. otherwise the guard will stare at you and follow everywhere in the pool. haha.

The pillow is too hard and too high. May I suggest that you change the pillow. The cooking utensils provided are not enough. No wine glasses.

just one pass card for a house that can stay up to 6 adults... we expected there will be 2 cards so it's easier for us to move around. Expect limited visitor parking if you drive more than one car.

Clean room and comfy bed! location wise is a little bit far from town, about 15-20 mins drive. However, it's much more quiet compare to other Airbnb in town centre, wouldn't mind travel bit far since we have car. The scenery from the balcony is fantastic!
