the room is a little bit tight esp for muslims to pray, and my bags did not fit the space compartments below the beds. so its a little cramp for 2 person. Also the lack of wardrobe closet is a big down side

Love the whole ambiance of the place with its refreshing theme, unlike most hotels with a more formal feeling. Me and my friend finds the hotel to be very chill and relaxing, from the lobby to the hotel room and even the outside surrounding. The breakfast buffet is in a very affordable price for walk-in, with lots of food varieties. The most attractive reason is also because of the very close proximity to IOI shopping mall, merely connecting to the hotel. i even love the whole interior desgn of the hotel.

New choice is you are looking for a place that offer the most comfortable stay. The IOI City Mall is just a few step from the door. Facilities is just around the corner. Very nice ambience and i love the decoration at the lobby and in the room as well.

Water pressure for rain shower wasnt strong enough for my own preference, the stay was still very enjoyable

The new carpark system that scans the car plate number could not correctly read our car plate number multiple times which was a problem when entering and exiting the carpark. Noted that it was only the same few numbers that were consistently read incorrectly. During entry there was someone manning the gantry so he was able to help us, but upon exit there was no one around and it took awhile for assistance to come.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Close proximity and direct access to a huge shopping mall, great for a variety of food choices.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to mall, love the night vibes.. And one of the most important point for me is the dedicated hotel parking lot.. Easy to park with no hustle to look for parking lot, very convenient. Usually I wil not consider 2nd visit to hotel with no dedicated parking.. Definitely will stay again.

There was a little hiccup at checkout as I was charged for an extra bed when it was not requested or provided. But that was quickly addressed which I appreciated. Perhaps the billing or extra charges should have been notified prior to deduction for confirmation as only upon request did I realise the overcharge. Otherwise it would have gone unnoticed. But aside from that minor hiccup, excellent hotel!

The staff who checked us in was really kind and helpful, allowing for early check in which we truly appreciated..it really set the whole experience on a positive and good note as we were really exhausted from the travel. Staff generally are attuned to the needs and prompt on our request. The surprise cake to celebrate our anniversary was really a kind gesture too! The drinks bartender made excellent drinks (non alcoholic) and friendly too! Location is excellent. Loved the facilities and location.

I didn't like the chongkak that only hv 6 holes. i used to play with 7 holes. hahaha

I would love to repeat my stay in here the staff very lovely and friendly, breakfast buffet so delicious, the room is so cozy, parking access so easy and walking distance from ioi mall take me just 2 minutes and i can go to my favorite restaurant and buy my favorite pastry. Overall experience is great and fun 😁 please maintain your best service because i will for sure come again. Thank you for the experience, moxy.

Its modern design and location just next to IOI mall. Stayed there picking up my son from Uni, it’s a 30min drive from his campus.
