Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a nice clean room with air conditioning and fan. Highlight is the 4 little kitten! The communication was also good he seems like a nice honest person! Thank you! Maybe see you again when we will come from Germany to visit langkawi again!

ive been traveling for 3 weeks round Malaysia this is the best value for money and well thought out place ive stayed so far - bed was so comfy - air freshners in the bathroom- 2 towels - fan and aircon - balcony with table and chairs - large room - location 5 minutes on the motorbike out of town so perfecr for those not wanting the noise and mess etc but close enough to just pop in for anything. staff fantastic even text me to say my room was ready 90 minutes before check in 😊💙couldn't be happier with my stay .

The room is spacious & very clean. There’s a window & a balcony with a decent view. The owner is very helpful and kind. The beach is within 10 mins drive. PS. There’s a local restaurant nearby called Aizat, the best food I’ve had in Malaysia

United KingdomThere isn't any Internet, but this isn't a probably if you have mobile data. There isn't a sink in the bathroom, which was annoying when getting ready. Cold showers are the only option, there isn't any hot water. A small fridge would have been handy in the room.
The room size was big. The bed was really comfortable, the best bed I have slept in Asia so far. It was really clean and recently renovated. AC is good and strong.
