Location quite strategic. Got it own privacy.

Breakfast should be ready @ 8.00 am..however not ready until 8 .45 am

The reception was empty..you need to call for assistance. Water dripping from kitchen ceiling we need a bucket to fill it in and the Air conditioning needed gas for cooling. All was rectified by the staff. No WiFi.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with kitchen, dining and living area..plus huge balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was in working order with Nerflix too. Quite beach plus the breakfast was very good for only RM25. Very affordable too considering..

The employees are very friendly. Clean place. Beach nearby. We will definitely come again. Only the pool is very small.

Parking space are limited.

Everything is almost perfect as a hotel or villa..near the beach, the cleanliness, all of the equipment available for a stay, such as prayer mat, hair dryer, iron,..I'm enjoy with my family here.

Cleanliness, as the bed sheet was not changed when we checked in. Later they changed for us. Quite efficient

It is an old buidling, however The place is good as its near by the beach. The staff are all so nice

I think the cleaner did'nt clean the toilet especially toilet bowl is very dirty.

The staffs are good and friendly. We enjoy the pool and the beach is few steps away. We enjoy our stay! Will repeat again next time.

no one available at counter at nite...no attached bathroom in master bedroom. no lane line in room to communicate with Kitchen or receptionist

One suggestion if the hotel can allowed to cook and prepare a simple cook ware. Commonly I saw most the visitor come with families so sometime cooking together is the best thing when we book for long vacation. Hope to have your concern. Thanks

The air condition needs to be serviced as not too cool for all the location.

On the whole everything was good. The location was superb with all the facilities in place and convenient. The beach is super easy access from the room.

- No microwave to heat our food. - TV channel toward the end of our stay not functioning. It looks like the hotel doesn't pay for the channel.

Everything in order except for the microwave. Should put the microwave there for guests to heat their food.

* Our living room aircond not cold * There is gap at toilet door, people can peek. We had to tape ourselves * Toilet not clean * Swimming pool not clean and water from surrounding can enter the pool direct * Have to drive to local warung. The resort is a bit isolated

The property prepared every facilities like toiletries, towels,paper sandals,tissues,sanitary bags,water dispenser with free WiFi..We're able to watch YouTube & other channels..The property was so clean & comfortable.. The cleanliness of the swimming pool should be considered. The water wasn't cleaned.

Some wall sockets not working and room internet not good but not a deal breaker since mobile line is stable.

Near the beach, value to money ratio was excellent. Good affordable breakfast and good service. Got elevator/lift, really easy to carry your stuff to the room.

The toilet doesn't have air vent. Its wet all the time. The wi-fi is also poor. But it is acceptable. The pool was filled with sands.

Calm and relaxing place for thise who search xerenity. Near the beach . Enjoying place for kids and family. Will come again next time.
