The cleanliness and facilities for the room and the entire premises could be enhanced. Additionally, upgrading the internet connection and cleaning the pool would be beneficial.

Situated close to the river, this chalet offers the convenience of using a portable stove for cooking and the option to enjoy a BBQ right in front of your chalet. The room includes a complimentary breakfast too. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and look forward to returning in the future. Healing staycation :)

loud noise from the water pump. floors are oily and black. The water heater not working well due to the power supply not being supplied enough because fully booked. Pool water is supplied from the waterfall but due to the pool flooring are not cleaned and vacuumed daily water looks dark. Could improve better in the future. TV is provided but not usable due to wifi being very weak. Out of 5 rooms that I booked one room had no TV and the other room's TV was spoiled by other guests. Be careful of red ants on the sand at the campsite and parking lot. We got beat by the ants. LOL

Breakfast is a very simple breakfast with nasi lemak, fried noodles or fried bee hun, with sunny side up fried egg, coffee or tea, and sirap, with toast bread. 2 types of kueh. I booked 5 rooms 3 for my sibling and 2 for my family. paying RM50 for an extra mattress per night per pax. back to nature. At night time the resort is cooling surrounded by all the forest. Not too dark when it comes to nighttime. the resort is bright up with surrounding lights. The staff are all friendly.

1. When we stepped into our room, it was slippery and sticky. They had just cleaned and mopped the room. 2. There's TV provided but no channel since no Network. Maybe help to configure basic Malaysian Channel TV1, TV2, TV3 3. There's a loud sound from time to time (water pump?) 4. The aircond inside our room also produced a noisy sound 5. Perhaps provide sufficient floor mat 6. Less privacy since the window is transparent and only covered with curtains 7. Poor Network Coverage and Wifi is only available at the receptionist Note : - The price form booking.com is not the final price. The receptionist area looks beautiful with the status. I like the environment. Relaxing place. They provide breakfast too. Enjoying the pool. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Kettle, instant coffee, towel, tooth brush is provided

The cleaniliness of the unit we stayed should be upgraded. The room itself got mouldy smell, tv not functioning and the bathroom got clogged.

Just to improve finishing touch such as certain rooms have issues with the water pump and to improve the sliding climb area which is a bit muddy, and breakfast choices.

We believe that there's always room for improvement. The cleanliness and facilities of the room and the whole premise can be improved.

Spent a night at the LiLLa Rainforest Retreat and thoroughly enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome from the manager, Mr. Azizi, and their other staff. Mr. Azizi was very kind to help us and attend to our needs. The place is comfy, and the environment is nice with beautiful sounds of nature, especially during the rainy season. They have a decent swimming pool and a running river stream surrounding the vicinity. You might also want to check out the tiny creek outside of the property, right next to the front entrance. They additionally pitched up a tent in the middle of the area, so you can feel the mood of the campers. The room is inclusive of a complimentary breakfast too, where they serve delicious local Malay food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would love to come back again in the future.
