The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great hotel if you want to relax and get around KL. Lots of eateries and shops around and you can easily walk to the hotspots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to friends and come back for sure

Loved the little snack basket (remind me of childhood) in addition to the extra cookies each day! The location is amazing and central to pretty much everything.

Sound proofing could have been better as we heard noises middle of night.. the knob of the water tap was shaky. Some of the electrical plugs were shaky as well .

I like to food options interior and of course the overall vibes of the hotel .

This was my second stay and I loved it. It's better than any big chain of hotels.. The location is perfect for walking around the city . I also loved the amenities and the little touches in the room .I will be back and I will recommend this place highly to my friends visiting KL.

Nothing, all was perfect.

This was our first stay in Malaysia and we were completely overwhelmed by the hospitality we experienced. The staff in general, and Eidl in particular, made us felt like we’re just staying over at very close friends. This included a very early check-in (noon instead of the official 3pm), tons of recommendations on where to get drinks and food, booking a massage for us, and generally being super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is very high quality and perfect for lay ins. Rooms a perfect and the pool serves as perfect refreshment to escape the humidity and heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Standard rooms are relatively small. Breakfast is a la cart which is nice but there is a choice to make between coffee or a juice. Sorry for the money I would like both. Relatively expensive for KL and therefore not the very best in terms of value for money - it was still nice though. We got asked several times to fill out a feedback form (too many times). When we arrived there was confusion with the room and we were aksed to move rooms after we have already unpacked etc which we declined. All sorted in the end but was not the best check in experience

Lovely little boutique hotel that has everything you need if you want to just chill there or close enough (in a quiter location) to be next to the city and everything you want to see with the big buildings, shopping centre and key tourist sites. My room was great and made me feel super chilled and relaxed. The social areas and cafe are lovely to and gives you all the options you might need.

The design, vibe, all very cosy. Feels European a lot in a way, which is great! Delicious breakfast and coffee. Staff ultra nice. They’ve been extremely kind, providing us with a very early check-in. Definitely will come back again!

I understand that the rain was the main culprit, but the swimming pool was a bit of a turn-off to me. Perhaps, its time for some maintenance? It is really a pity.

I like almost everything about the hotel! Its location, building structure, decor, design, ambient and most of all, the friendly staffs! The hotel ambient is cozy and warm, and the industrial concept is really to my liking. For a hotel that has been operating for 4 years by now, the cleanability of the building, especially the bathroom is top-notch.

the bed, I couldn't wake up the next day. I love it so much. The ambiance was great. very calm and cozy. the kloe team also managed to sent me cookies. major love. will surely come back here soon.

Thought the included breakfast could have been a little more expansive.

A quirky hotel very close to the centre of KL. Very friendly staff. Room was unusual with metal framwork inside including doorframes. Unusual but certainly not ugly.

Because the hotel is in such a central location, there is a lot of traffic noise all throughout the night.

The location is great! The rooms are big, modern and a great bathroom. The pool / gym are good. Only a few minute walk to the pavilion shopping mall and loads of great food options and public transport.
