KLoe hotel has a great atmosphere and a good location. The rooms are stylish and clean. We particularly enjoyed the complementary selection of Malaysian snacks, and even went out to buy more of our favourites to share back home! The pool was also excellent!

Pool wasn't available and some miscommunication when it would be allowed to be used. Obviously was a pretty big miss when we were walking a lot in KL heat.

Beautiful hotel, the room is very comfortable and extremely well designed. I loved the architecture of the place and all the attention to details. Huge shout out to the staff members, especially Ahmad and Damia who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were truly amazing! I highly recommend this place.

The bathrooms don’t give much privacy in the bedroom but not a real issue for us. The shower is amazing

The rooms are great, beds are super comfortable. Having chromecast on the tv was a nice bonus for chill time. The hotel is in a great location and the cafe area is really nice. The cafe makes the best coffee we’ve found in Malaysia. Staff are super friendly, we even had delicious biscuits hand delivered to our door one day. Would definitely stay again.

Food options in the hotel rather poorly, both times the food was cold.

Great boutique hotel giving out really chill vibes. Excellent service by staff and we enjoyed the breakfast served here, will definitely recommend this place to others especially with it's close proximity to the bustling Bukit Bintang area and TRX Exchange

A few more towels poolside. It could be a bit noisy with building construction but in the middle of KL I think it would be virtually impossible to not encounter this.

Great location - so many places within walking distance. Very good value for money. Really enjoyed the breakfasts at Lucky downstairs. Avocado toast - fab! Staff very helpful.

A beautiful, unique and comfortable hotel. One of the best in KL in my opinion. The cafe downstairs is wonderful, the pool is peaceful, the rooms are beautifully designed with great, modern touches. Location is good too.

The gas station located right in front of the hotel is not the nicest view from the outside but obviously not a problem at all as the hotel is easy to find.

You can really notice it's a very newly built hotel because of the lovely attention to detail design-wise on decoration of the room and common areas. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room is equiped with everything you need (fridge included) including some complementary snacks and cosmetic goods. Wifi was decent and the view from the window was pleasant too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas like the reception lobby and swimming pool are very nice too. The location is very convenient within a short walking distance to the Exchange and Pavillion shopping malls.

The only thing the hotel lacks is a gym or at least a small room with light equipment for yoga or barre or training with dumbbells and elastic bands. It would also be cool if the coffee shop offered decaffeinated coffee for people with anxiety disorders 😀

The Kloe hotel is simply magnificent: cool design, polite staff, comfortable bed and pillows, high-quality furniture, a very beautiful pool and other interior details. I would also like to mention the coffee shop in the lobby with excellent breakfasts.

Very little tbh, maybe that they didn’t always remember to refill the water or replace used tea bags? Nit picking rather than this being a real issue.

The driveway to the hotel entrance was very narrow and very easy to miss. Very good that the hotel staff send me an email prior to arrival giving clear instructions how to locate this small road. I would appreciate little bit more space for my clothes.

It's great to have a small light instead of turning off the whole room light. The lighting design in the room has room for improvement.

I love the art and decor, a blend of modern and heritage reflecting the neighborhood. Even the room booklet captures the local atmosphere. I adore the overall concept.
