Space is a little limited for big luggage.

The staff were very helpful and the hostel is in a good location within walking distance to public transport. There is also a gym and swimming pool available which makes for a really enjoyable stay.

I didn't like the moment I arrived the staff who answered my text suggested me to wait. I was begging him to get at least my luggage 🧳and go ahead with my day. I was really disappointed I wasn't even planning to check in early. I also don't like the noise on the balcony, people get drunk, smoking and scream, sometimes strangers come to join the drinking circle which makes it unsafe. Some guests I was with complained about this already.

The location is great, close to everything! The staff are friendly and helpful but I arrived very early in the morning around 6 am. I was a bit disappointed because it was really difficult to contact the staff to get my luggage . I waited in the lobby for four hours and I didn't want to waste the whole day. I suggest the hostel to receive guests luggage even though it's not the checking time yet. Most guests were disappointed because of this. The place is really clean , they provided tea, coffee and water. You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the property. All in all, a good place to stay but they need to improve their service especially receiving guests as soon as they arrive.

Somehow ask residents to keep things clean, maybe put up additional signs, or have staff walk through the common area on their own every couple of hours. Often, dirty food dishes were left on the table with yesterday's rice, or an ashtray with cigarette butts was left uncleaned for a long time.

An excellent location for those who want to immerse themselves in the heart of the city, conveniently accessible by transport and also walking. The building itself has everything you need, shops, cafes. Very comfortable, bright, new gym and swimming pool, which are included in the price. The hostel itself is cozy, compact, there is not much space, but for the price it is more than justified. The linen is fresh, the baths are small and most often with an abundance of hair and puddles, but it is the responsibility of the residents themselves to clean up after themselves. The men's and women's baths are the same, there are only two of them, but there were no queues. Special thanks to Sam for his ease of communication, responsiveness, and creation of a homely, simple atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable around each other! I recommend it to those who especially come to Kuala Lumpur for the first time.

Everything was good considering the value for money. Only AC working time in individual dormitory is restricted to few hours which should be removed.

There are no curtains on the beds. The lights on the bed are way too bright, you need to cover them with an item of clothing. Bathrooms need more cleaning. Only 2 bathrooms between about 20 people, if at capacity.

Staff are very friendly. Showers are hot. Access to the swimming pool and gym. A few shops in the lobby which is handy. Close to Quill shopping centre and the monorail. They do your laundry within a couple hours, washer and dryer used.

The A/C is timed from 10 pm to 8 am. There are only two bathrooms shared among 20+ people.

The location is great, and there are a few convenience shops below the condo. The staff are helpful.

Lack of a phone call/muslim prayer area where guests can do their obligations since the dorm rules include not talking in the rooms etc. Once these are provided, it’d definitely be a 10/10.

The property is terrific and good value for money, definitely worth the price and is located in an excellent area for effortless sightseeing for tourists. The attendant, Sam is a friendly dude that can help you with most of the basic questions you need answers to.

Bit too commercial: you must pay for deposit bag even though you are stay in this hostel; timer A/C, sometimes too noisy you can hear staff have conversation with other guest/teamates in random time which hear to your room since there is quite open area in one apartment for all the bunk room also the working staff room also the pantry

There were stains on my sheets when I arrived, there were only two washrooms for 30+ people so you had to wait in line most nights, one night the AC in my room didn't turn on so it was over 30°C for the four people in my room that night.

For facilities, everything was great! If only the staffs could be more "not making d atmosphere as a school boarding house", that would be perfect. It is good that I got fun roomates at that time. Hostel is not all about how worth ur money spent with d facilities. But d most important is it is a place where people can mingle socially to one another.

Every one was "friendly", and CK is d friendlier. He could mingle n do jokes with other guests. It's located on a luxury apartment complex that could facilitate u to do some outdoor activities. But it is quite an effort to find it because d description is not clear enough where it is exactly.. The irregular better things were that they provide hot water for shower, and has paid laundry service.. And everything are clean, functioned, and spot on..

Be aware that eventhough there is a kitchen you can't cook there, only use the fridge. But it's understandable as the house would be smelling awfully otherwise. Maybe having a microwave would make it better tough!

It is more like a shared apartment than a hostel, which was exactly what I was looking for! The location is perfect, the apartment has just enough space and all you need. The balcony view is amazing and you can use the pool and gym from the building which is awesome. Also the owners were almost always around, and above all available to help you at literally any time of the day/night, that was really useful! I booked one night and ended staying two weeks at this place, I think that says it all!

It’s basically an apartment and every room is a dorm … the living room is in the middle and it could get quite noisy when people are suiting there. Staff also sits and works there … not really my vibe, since there is no privacy and kind of impossible to socialize with other travelers. Also they ask you to write them a good review …

There are only two bathrooms, both of which have a toilet inside. Not only is this inadequate for the number of guests (about 20) who are crammed into the dorms but the showers are not partitioned off from the toilet meaning the floors are constantly wet. No towels and no paper towels or soap by the sinks.

The location is good. The staff are very friendly and live within the apartment. The price is very reasonable.
