We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanThere are 3 sinks but only 2 got faucet upon, and there's only one faucet working. Temperature inside the bedroom is really cold.
Great location, clear instructions for heading to the hostel. Lockers are outside the bedroom so it's quite inside. You got a TV inside your capsule. Friendly staffs:)

United KingdomGreat place for a stopover at the airport for a transit flight. Really easy location within Terminal 1. Smooth check in and friendly staff. Female and males rooms separated and staff controlled doors. Bathrooms and beds extremely clean and comfortable. Locked storage for bags. Included slippers, toothbrush, water and towels as well.

GermanyLocker room is inconveniently designed, it’s too narrow that hard to change clothes or organize my baggage when other people were around. Password for locker was automatically changed after a few hours and needed to ask staff to unlock it. A male staff once casually came in to the female locker room without any necessities and talked to me, that was very odd and uncomfortable because there are toilet and shower rooms attached to the locker room.
Location is directly in the terminal 1 and a minute walk to a big food court and convenience store. Facility was very clean. It’s expensive for a cell bed but you can stay up to 24hrs so if you have a long layover, it’s worth it.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was extremely clean, and the sleeping pod was much bigger than I thought. It was very convenient having it at the airport and extremely comfortable.

Saudi ArabiaIt was a minor detail but the in the particular pod I was staying, I found the small blue led too bright. My daughter had no complaint about hers. Other than that, I found everything perfect.
Wonderful location given out extended layover. It was a little tricky to find but the staff had shared with us some good instructions and there is signage if you look for it.

Great location as if you had a transit or layover overnight with an early flight. The location was on Level 2 Landside of KLIA 1 and close to the food hall for good value variety of food. The space inn the sleeping capsule was sufficient & clean. Bathroom is clean and modern with Lockers that are massive. My excess big luggage did not fit into the locker but I was able to store for free behind the reception!! Would stay again if on my own.

MalaysiaI booked and paid much earlier prior to the stay. I asked to be given lower bunks/beds, but only got two lower and one upper beds.. I was not happy because most walk-in customers got the lower beds upon request whereby my request, who booked and paid in advance, were not given priority.
