The balcony is not clean, full of bird drops. So is the window pane in the master bedroom. The living room does not have AirCond and there is advice not to open the sliding door because of the bugs. So the living area is quite stuffy despite having a ceiling fan. There is no fan at the dining area. The tap water at the sink in all the bathrooms is very slow and tiny flow

The location is very near to the hospital, which is my main reason for travelling to Alor Star.

The key lanyard has an unpleasant smell. It would be ideal if the checkout time could be extended until after Zohor prayers, allowing travelers to perform jamak and qasar prayers before leaving. The master bedroom shower has a blocked drain, as water accumulates too quickly.

The condition of the room is a bit small (im okay with that) But, there is no need to have many cabinets or coffee tables. Because it will make room space limited. The roof on the balcony (in front of the sliding door) needs a little improvement because there is still space that causes rainwater to enter and become wet in that area. On the walkway side, I suggest that it needs to be improved by installing a grill so that the house unit is more secure for customers. This is because, you already have a good security system at every doors. But other people can still climb on the wall of the walkway & enter the house. Need to be more alert.

Easy place to find restaurants. Very helpful guard. Good security system with lock code on every door. Neat and clean room. There is netflix where we can enjoy the movie with family/friends.

Dirty drawers with bottles that had been left there for weeks, if not months. False advertisement of a fitness centre that’s closed to short-term residents – aka you and I.

Spacious, more than big enough for three of us. The WiFi is fast, too. The check in process is very straightforward, with clear instructions provided by the host.

Nothing in particular. However, few improvements can be made such as prepare dish rack near the kitchen sink to dry the washed plates and mugs. There is no rack to place the washed dishes except on the counter. There was also limited power points in the rooms (only one point in each room) and hidden by the bed in R2 & R3. Had to move the beds a little to access the power points which is a bit inconvenient.

Location is convenient. Very close to the hospital which the main purpose of our visit to Alor Setar was to pay a visit to our uncle at the hospital. Contactless checked-in and the host is very kind to entertain all my questions.

Very minimalist decoration.no mirror in all room. It’s ok if u want to stay for work.if for leasure this house is little bit bored.no air conditioning in living room & room 4. This house is clean.the host respond well but deposit refund was a bit late.the roof top pool was nice with amazing view but slippery.no pool lounger for u. U have to stand up all the time to watch your kids swim.

the location is close to the city of Alor Star..about 15 minutes to the city..there are many places to eat but most of them are open in the evening..the cleanliness of the residential unit is clean..the lack of fans in the dining room..
