The property was in a perfect location to reach shops and lots more. We had everything we needed in the apartment to enable us to cook some meals. The host was there to help with anything and even popped in during the week with extra supply’s for us. Transfers arranged perfectly - will definitely visit again

We loved everything about this apartment. Great location, just 2 streets from the Twin Towers. Easy access by train. The apartment itself is top quality, fully equipped and spotless clean. Comfortable beds and that city view at night...really breathtaking. What has to be mentioned is exceptional customer service. Our host Nur was very professional in every aspect. Great communication skills and good manners. He gave us a lot of good advice and recommended tasty restaurants. 10/10

As the apartments are privately owned you will not be able to ask the front desk for assistance but Mr Nur is very attentive to any requests. The bed is on the firm side and bedding, towels and linen are a step below hotel standard but adequate. The price is at the high end for KL so there may be better value elsewhere but H&N Luxury Suites is a safe choice. Note if you pay for a 2 bedroom apartment the second bedroom is the size of a small office so really would recommend these apartments only to couples or at a pinch couples with a small child.

The apartment is a privately owned apartment in Star Residences. Everything was clean and worked well. Both the lounge and bedroom are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Bathroom is a good size and lighting is better than many similar apartment bathrooms. Communication was good and early check in and late check out were greatly appreciated. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to Petronas twin towers. There was good supply of all basic essentials. The apartment was nice and quiet for sleeping. The pools and facilities at Star Residences are of a high standard and there is access to all these facilities. Internet connection was excellent and the tv has Netflix and Prime. Having a clothes washer dryer was appreciated. The rooftop pool area provides a nice night time outlook and a good side on view of the twin towers.

Absolutely exceptional property, brilliant location and lovely staff. The views from the top floor pool were stunning. Very clean apartment with good facilities and great views of the city. Location was right in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, great transport links etc. Nur was very nice and even let me check in early as well as check out late! Then he also held my luggage until my flight late in the evening. Would recommend to anyone!

It was extremely well located, the famous towers even in sight, roof top pool great, everything in the apartment what one would need. Furthermore, Nur was a brilliant host and arranged for pickup as well as perfect support for any occuring question. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and very close to Petronas Towers and 2 shopping malls. The unit has everything, including washer/dryer. Nur, our host, is very prompt in responding to questions and inquiries. His help and assistance are invaluable.

Not enough kitchen utensils

The host was super helpful and the location is superb. You are 200m form Avenue K Mall which has bars, restaurants, a lovely grocery store and the KLCC train station. The apartment is very roomy and the facilities are amazing - beautiful pool, gymn etc.

the towel leaves a bit of fuzz

The apartment was very clean and has 3 split systems! The kitchen was fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric stove and a washing machine (with inbuilt dryer). The bed sheets were good quality and doona was super soft. Excellent apartment for allergy or eczema sufferers. cleanliness is 10/10

We were contacted by the owners representative 24 hours before our arrival and he met us at the property and then showed us how to access the underground Car park. The apartment is really nice with a better view than you get from the Petronas Towers! Short walk to a shopping centre (5 mins), which has a good supermarket and Wine shop. The apartment is situated in a development of 3 buildings with concierge service. The roof top pool is small but has great views and there is a larger pool within the building too. We used the GRAB App to order a taxi to get around which was ridiculously cheap. Hop on Hop off bus was great too and the stop is located outside Petronas Towers, 5 minutes walk away. We will definitely be staying here again

We missed bedside lamps and the bed was somewhat hard for me. Overall it was great to stay here!

The views from the apartment and especially from the swimming pool are amazing, including Twin Towers and KL Tower. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 at floor 57 (with the great views) and one at floor 6 (more pools and nice shadow places). The location is just around the corner of the Twin Towers and it's mall, so that's very central! The appartment is nice and has everything you need, including a big smart tv. Mr. Nur was very welcoming and gave a lot of information. Also he arranged a car from the airport, which was very convenient.

The apartment was on the 21st floor with a gorgeous view of the twin towers and KL tower. Facilities on the 6th floor were top-notch: Olympic-size swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center. I loved training there every day! The swimming pool on the 57th floor (88th floor) was nice too but overcrowded most of the times. All very good but Nur, the property manager was the real star! Always available and a very friendly lad! His manners and politeness made my stay in KL even nicer!

Nothing about the property. Perhaps the surrounding area. Apartment area is close enough to main road where Corus Hotel is. But a bit of a walk. And dark at night. Other than that, close to a perfect stay.

Nur and his team were absolutely amazing! The perfect hosts! Thank you. As far as serviced apartments go, this is top notch! Very clean. Modern. Comfortable. Zero complaints. All praises.
