I didn’t learn about the Pilates/yoga classes on offer until I saw a sign about it in the Spa on our last day. Had I known it was available, I would’ve loved to attend the classes.

Location, complimentary bike hire and kids club. Our kids (age 8 and 11) loved going to kids club, so my husband and I were able to enjoy some time by ourselves.

The beach is not perfect for swimming as the water is not clean.

It was a paradise for real. everything was beautiful, clean and specious. The staff were super kind and helpful you can't but love them and feel that you are home.

Slow check in process, they need more golf buggies to speed up guest transfers, need to ensure the safety of upper rooms to children (easy for children to fall down or jump)

The insect and mosquito problem needs to addressed. Kills the joy to experience the deliciousness of the food of their international restaurant. Try their steak, it is mindblowing. Room service needs to be a lot quicker though. One the first night of our stay, as it usually happens we were a bit tired and lazy to go out so we ordered room service and then had to wait close to an hour and a half to receive our food.

The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.

We were just for one Night at FS. But the Stay was memorable, the Hotelstuff is truly there for you in every need. Our Room was huge, just in the near of the childspool and Beach. Perfect with a Baby. The Food in the Restaurants is very good. Our stay was just a 10*

The experience was very special. Team is very local and really helpful throughout the 2 week stay that we had. Garden room large, with outdoor shower and jacuzzi. Nice walk to breakfast and close to restaurants. Restaurants quite expensive (especially wine), but food quantity is such that plates were shared and were more than sufficient. Quality of food and service very good. Ecocentre and mangrove 'swamps', together with Langkawi cable car (go early) must do visits whilst in Langkawi. Taxis on Langkawi by Grab app, which was ridiculously inexpensive and easily justified high levels of tipping. Beach wonderful, but jellyfish restriction for sea swimming (Feb). Overall, lovely place and people, backed by excellent Four Seasons culture.

Uncomfortable touch frames near tables at Kelapa Grill, especially in hot weather. Ikan-Ikan restaurant falls short in terms of both cuisine quality and value for money.

Exceptional service provided by genuine, friendly staff members. Delicious cuisine at Kelapa Grill made from freshly picked ingredients. Standout breakfast items such as the best teh tarik. Charm and elegance of the resort's ambiance.

Rooms are luxurious and spacious, the house keeping was excellent and the sunsets were beautiful sitting in a couch in the sand at the bar. The WhatsApp concierge for calling buggies and asking questions was very responsive and worked really well.
