it's so convenient because of the location, and to my surprise, it's jusy nearby the bus station and the airport ! we found a little night market lagi!

I wouldn't get this hotel for holidays in KK. Far from city centre, area still under development, can hear airport planes.

Well equipped room for a short stay, preferably business or in need to catch a flight in the airport. Bed was comfortable. Nice sunset view of the airport. It has both shampoo and gel, shower works properly. There are restaurants around.

My room has a very poor noise insulation. We can hear every motorcycle, car, flight that is passing nearby. Maybe properly noise insulate the room 506.

The location. There's night market nearby, 24 hours laundry service, parking is easy to find and it's near to the airport. I can wash and dry my clothes in the laundry while exploring the night market.

I feel that the bathroom sink smells weird everytime we use it and the toilet seat cover keeps falling down. Also, there was a smart tv provided, but dont expect much because the netflix app can't be used, so only able to just watch youtube videos which was really misleading because we expect to be able watch NETFLIX as per described in the description it's close to the road and airport so IT CAN BE VERY LOUD during night time. I couldn't even sleep. The sound of speeding cars, speedingmotorcycles and the airplane were so disturbing. They should've make the room soundproof. the sockets at the bed side isn't functioning well, it keeps on turning on and off by itself so it can cause my phones damage, so i used the sockets near the dressing table.

i like how it's surrounded with restaurants,cafes,and 24/7 convenient stores The receptionist was very friendly with check in/out Very near to the airport and train station for a quick rest when they forget to give us our electric kettle, they came running in giving us that The view of sunset is so pretty from the window.

AC wasn’t working so I woke up numerous times boiling hot (had to keep having cold showers then go back to bed)- I’m sure this was just an exception the rest of the hotel looked nice

May be because of pasar malam n near railway station.. so bit difficult to get the parking lot.. and during checked in my family' waited almost 15-2O mins late to get into the room..

The lift quit far from room and not easy to get car park nearest to our room ..

The room tht we hve at 5 floor a bit noisy ...but thanks to mdm Ann supervisor change our room to 7 floor tht is more comfortable n spacious plus quiet.last but not least appreciate staff at counter ms cynthia ...very efficient polite and courtesy. Keep it that way....people love being treated nice and respect.thanks again to ms cynthia mdm Ann and mr owen for yr help and service..

The problem is the aircond at room 806..The aircond is not in good condition at that time.. Luckily, they provided me the portable aircond . 👍 The toilet also little bit small for me..

At this time is my 3rd time staying here.. The location is strategic and nice . Can see the plane take off and landing infront of my room..
