This is not a hotel, so no room service. No hand towel, only one towel per person. Bed a bit uncomfortable. It not being a hotel isn’t really stated on the booking page. They inform you about that as soon as you book.

You have to pay deposit rm300 per unit. I booked 2 units so need to pay rm600. Pool need to pay rm10 per entry. The parking need to pay rm15 per stay. I dont like that even the pool need to pay to use. At first i got room with another building’s view. Then request to change. Thankfully the operator was helpful and i get to change to room with better view.

Two remarks should be observed : - The air-condition seriously, seriously, need to be cleaned. I woke up every morning with congested lungs and coughing (and I'm not a smoker). - The curtains (of the full facaed glass wall of the room) seems to never have been washed ever since the building was open.

Over all for comfort, convenience, and service,I give it (7) out of (10).

The staff isn't exactly the nicest to interact with.

Very tidy and well-equipped apartment. Everything in very good condition. Really exceeded my expectations. I moved here from another apartment 2km away, where I paid more than 2x the daily rate, and it was very bad. More expensive does not mean better in KL. Oh, and here for a small fee you can get access to the rooftop pool. From there you get one of the most iconic views over KL. I wish I knew about this place earlier.

The pool on the 48th floor with the view on petronas towers and Menara tower was with extra fees (30 Malaysian Ringgit per person) , the other pool (8th floor) was free, with city view which was nice but you can’t see twin towers or Menara tower from there

Really bad accessibility when you are travelling by public transport. You have to pay extra fee for the infinity pool.

Based on other reviews I was little bit afraid of bad wi-fi, not working A/C or complicated check-in but none of those were true in my case. Everything without any problems. Room had washing machine with integrated dryer which was very useful.

A bit disappointed. While the room was nice and clean, you need to ou for the gym. And to use the upstairs pool. I picked this property specifically for the gym so this was disappointing. The location also is not ideal

- The Internet connection is completely useless. Staff tried to fix it at first, but started ignoring the issue after a few days. If you’ve got work to do and it requires any connectivity, this is not a place for you. - The door is not soundproof and because the entry is shared with another room, a lot of noise can come through depending on how considerate your neighbours are. - The center is not far, but the connecting road is so congested in the evening that it takes a long time to get there and back. - The elevators had some issues and the keycard to use it doesn't work very well. - The "smart" TV had issues.

+ The view is nice from the upper floors. + There is plenty of space to unload your luggage. + The room is quite clean and the cleaning staff were polite. + Shower water pressure is good and there is enough hot water to take a couple showers. + There are wall sockets that support EU-plugs directly, didn’t need an adapter. + Has a washing machine and some kitchen applicances.

Nothing so far, however, the property mentioned baby crib availability. So I thought it would be available as I brought my 1-year-old child. But its not available. It will be better if you mentioned the availability by email to the customer prior to their stay, so we can prepare. Otherwise, all were good!

The receptionist is very bad at serving guests. They let people wait from morning until 3 o'clock. Without small talk with bad expressions. There is no place to eat around. The location is far from public transportation. To the pool above, you still have to pay. Very incompatible with the price we pay. I will not come back here.
