Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI think the reception could have been more informative on their billing procedure (WRT to my concern above).
The guest experience office took notice of my concerns (I wish not to say what it was) and apologize for their shortcoming. They also helped me to secure and return an item which I left after I checked out. We didn't leave the room (we booked) much as it was spacious, comfortable and has excellant corner view of KL skyline.

AustraliaI completely disliked that I was unable to dine in the Japanese restaurant wearing smart tailored shorts and a polo shirt so had to make alternative plans, yet women could enter in any shorts & t-shirt combo's I found it particularly frustrating that sports joggers & a sports t-shirt were acceptable despite being scruffy, yet tailored shorts & polo shirt was deemed inappropriate. Highly antiquated and must lose significant business as I for one do not want to wear 'loan trousers'
It was a pleasant hotel with good facilities.

Everything was perfect. We were surprised with how spacious and modern our room was. The minibar was constantly restocked, which helped us when we went exploring. The location was fantastic to visit the sights we wished to visit. Additionally, the staff made us feel really welcome and were super friendly. They also loved playing with our daughter, who had a wonderful time. In short, we loved everything and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in KL.

Beautiful rooms. Clean and have everything you need. Free mini bar is a nice touch. The infinity pool, gym and also the sauna and spa were all fantastic. All staff were friendly and always happy and willing to help and was always greeted with a smile.

The beds were super comfy and the staff were wonderfully attentive! Room service was great, but we loved the pool and jacuzzi on level 29. We had a deep tissue massage which is one of the best I’ve ever had.

LebanonOn a personal note, we couldn't experience the 51st floor fine dining as we couldn't take our 2 years old daughter with us due to age rules (should be above 21 year) which we understand.
Hotel staff were all amazing, welcoming, and smiling at all times. The room was spacious, comfortable, and new. Spa experience was just perfect, they thought about all little details for customer comfort.
