The towels in the room were thin, worn and frayed. Bed linen could be of better quality.

I think the reception could have been more informative on their billing procedure (WRT to my concern above).

The guest experience office took notice of my concerns (I wish not to say what it was) and apologize for their shortcoming. They also helped me to secure and return an item which I left after I checked out. We didn't leave the room (we booked) much as it was spacious, comfortable and has excellant corner view of KL skyline.

I completely disliked that I was unable to dine in the Japanese restaurant wearing smart tailored shorts and a polo shirt so had to make alternative plans, yet women could enter in any shorts & t-shirt combo's I found it particularly frustrating that sports joggers & a sports t-shirt were acceptable despite being scruffy, yet tailored shorts & polo shirt was deemed inappropriate. Highly antiquated and must lose significant business as I for one do not want to wear 'loan trousers'

Nothing. It was truly a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect. We were surprised with how spacious and modern our room was. The minibar was constantly restocked, which helped us when we went exploring. The location was fantastic to visit the sights we wished to visit. Additionally, the staff made us feel really welcome and were super friendly. They also loved playing with our daughter, who had a wonderful time. In short, we loved everything and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in KL.

Beautiful rooms. Clean and have everything you need. Free mini bar is a nice touch. The infinity pool, gym and also the sauna and spa were all fantastic. All staff were friendly and always happy and willing to help and was always greeted with a smile.

I love how they welcome us, carry our checked baggage’s to our room and checking in was smooth. They greeted you in the morning, afternoon and at night. Services are great overall including with the amenities.

The view from the room wasn't that good.

We enjoyed our time at the pool and the food we ordered there was good. Breakfast was also great.

There was a leak in the shower room, coming through the shower door, which made the tiles super slippy.

The beds were super comfy and the staff were wonderfully attentive! Room service was great, but we loved the pool and jacuzzi on level 29. We had a deep tissue massage which is one of the best I’ve ever had.

On a personal note, we couldn't experience the 51st floor fine dining as we couldn't take our 2 years old daughter with us due to age rules (should be above 21 year) which we understand.

Hotel staff were all amazing, welcoming, and smiling at all times. The room was spacious, comfortable, and new. Spa experience was just perfect, they thought about all little details for customer comfort.

Breakfast was underwhelming somehow. Wide choice but lacked any wow factor for a hotel of this rating - fruit choice was extremely limited and, unless cooked to order, food could be cold. The breakfast staff were lovely though
