3 ppl room size is quite small even for 2 ppl. Limited space to put our luggage. There was dust on the blanket when we checked in. However these are minimal inconvenience given the very affordable price and strategic location.

Very strategic location which is just below the monorail station and opposite to NU sentral. Ideal for those on a tight budget. Friendly and helpful staffs. Tenant can use the ironing board which is located at the end of the corridor.

Next to the hotel is the monorail, and you can hear the sound of the track and the sound of the announcement at any time, especially when the train starts early in the morning.

KL Sentral is right in front of the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. You can have breakfast on the first floor. In addition to shopping, the station opposite is also convenient for eating.

The hotel was situated right next to KL Sentral Monorail, and the train announcements could be heard throughout the day, until the last train service. It starts again early the next morning. Perhaps request for a room that's not facing the station if you're a light sleeper. Personally I was ok as it doesn't affect me.

Room was bigger than I expected as I've stayed at several budget hotels in the same area and they were smaller. And I know most hotels here claim to be central to KL Sentral, but this hotel is literally at the escalator to KL Sentral station

You can only access bed from one side and base of bed.

Perfect for transit stay. Good water pressure and the rooftop courtyard was ideal to relax. Restaurant served tasty well priced meals.

My room was a bit noisy because train station announcements are right into the room. Luckily, they stopped it during the night and started again only in the morning.

Great hotel, decent price. Location is very convenient, about 5 minute walk to KLIA Ekspress that I had to take next morning. They have a photo woth great explanation to how to find the hotel if you arrive to KL Sentral, make sure to check it to find the hotel easier. Staff was friendly and nice. Shower was good.

Traffic jam in elevator near check out time (only one elevator) but this happens at other hotels too.

Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

The hotel charged me for foreign tourist tax despite the fact that I am Malaysian and by law it was illegal to charge me the tax. The excuse given was because Booking.com officially instructed them to collect the tax. This illegal collection of the tax is therefore also on Booking.com to answer. After the further complaint, the receptionist paid me back the money. If you need catch a very early morning train (in my case 5 AM), it is not that easy to get to the station. The official path via escalator and through a shopping mall (NU Sentral) is still closed at this time.

Location - so close the to the main station, practically 5 minutes from getting off the intercity train to entering the hotel. Location - loads of eateries around Room was spacious.

If your room is at a lower floor, you can hear announcement from the station, as the hotel is very nearby. But if you get a room at upper level, noise is not an issue.

Location is perfect (you can travel to anywhere from this hotel, travel to airport 30 ish minutes and can easily travel to most tourist locations in KL. Price is also very good. Staff is friendly.

The location is great, easy access actually. the room is quite small for 4 of us. not enough storage for our 5 backpacks. the breakfast was enough, they gave us breakfast coupons that we can use in ABC restaurant next to the hotel. the crews are nice and helpful.

The toilet, the bidet is very strong and we can not adjust it. There is only one lift so might have to wait a bit.
