There's no shower screen/curtain, the floor gets wet all over (slippery). TV channels very limited too.

Hotel lobby is presentable. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable and the lightings are bright.

Only the lady who sent the iron to my room at night was little bit with moody face. We said thank you but she didnt even replied or smile. Just a very moody or angry face. But never mind

The receptionist lady was very nice. It was the same girl when we checked in (24th) and checked out (25th). The room was clean and the hotel location is very strategic.. A lot of eateries in that area. Parking is also available.

Light inside the room is not bright enough. Even at max setting, still dim. Need to open the curtain for extra lightning during the day, but luck out if during night time.

The room is spacious enough. Free parking available, with rooftop so that a bonus. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Is located next to a wholesale emporium so it's easy if you need to buy something.

I hope that more amentities can be provided such as more tables for double bed rooms since it can be quite empty in a spacious room. I hope there can be brighter lamps along the corridor, plus sufficient ventilation too. Take your time to improve this hotel, start gradually well:)

I like the aesthetics and comfort feeling of the place. Bright walls and comfortable furnitures.

We booked 3 different types of rooms: Queen Room, Twin Room & Single Room, thus I guess it is understandable that our rooms were not close to each other. But all the rooms' window view are really bad tbh... one looking out to a cemetery, the other two is less than a meter away from the window of the opposite room, which can literally see into someone's else room LOL

Everything is very basic. Just a room with a bed, toilet, satellite TV, small fridge, kettle, and small cupboard to hang your clothes. Have tried many different hotels all around in Malaysia so don't expect too much from a budget hotel. Pretty quiet place with acceptable cleanliness.

Nothing I can think of except the receptionist don't really speak english well but we managed to communicate using eye contact, gesture and some simple english. Overall, not an issue cos they were friendly and accommodating.

The room is spacious, clean and quiet. Everything about the room meets expectation and we enjoyed staying for 2 nights. We are able to park out car right infront of the hotel safely and there were eateries opposite and around the place. There is even a big, really big shopping mall next to the hotel (within 50 steps).

Wifi was down for a few days. Parking is at basement shared with Cowboy supermarket and furniture shop.

The beautiful decor and simple but spacious king size room. The ambiance was nice with music play whole day and room level lobby.

1) Check in time - waited for more than 1 hour for the rooms to be ready. the Indian lady was so patience handling all the guests inquiries. She's very soft spoken and kept on apologizing for the delay. 2) Astro - please provide Astro channels 3) Door Guard - please install door guard in every room for guest safety purposes
