The place is super clean and got everything you need to feel comfy and relaxed. Plus, it's right where all the cool stuff is, so you can jalan-jalan without hassle. What I really liked was how the staff were on point. They communicate through WhatsApp, always quick to respond and super helpful with all the info you need. Anytime you message them, they give good explanations and make things easy to understand. The view from the apartment? Simply stunning! Perfect for lepak at the balcony with a nice cuppa. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a solid stay in Danga Bay.

The unit I stayed in did not have a good view. The car park area is quite dark, very dim light.

The apartment unit is generally clean and comfortable. Local food is easy by foot but not much choice for halal food. Generally the unit is windy, so it helps to cool down the apartment without AC. The instructions from the management staff are really helpful and accurate.

Cleanliness has to be improved. When we first got into the unit, there were more than 10 small cockroaches running around the kitchen and entrance floor. There were a lot of small ants in the unit as well. A used toothbrush is found in the second room toilet and there was a cigarette bud and lighter in the master room wardrobe. Luckily I brought my maid along and we clean the whole house at 11.30pm at night. No tissue is provided only toilet paper so remember to bring yours if you plan to stay in the unit. You need to request for spare card key The exit and entrance of this condo is confusing and took us a while to figure out and it has no lobby. So take note of this if you plan to order grab food

The design and layout of the unit is good. It has enough bed for our family of 7. TV and Netflix is a plus point

Check in/out process was unpleasant. We had to collect the keys from 1 of the convenience stores and the people there were unfriendly. Workers who came to repair the toilet came in with muddy footwear which left visible marks all over the floor. There were no wine glasses. We entered through a service door. There was a slight step between the entry walkway and the washing machine which was dangerous as 2 of us almost fell. Only 1 set of keys n carpark gantry card was given. We had 2 cars which made entering/exiting troublesome.

Apartment was clean n neat. Size was just nice for 6 pax. 1 of the toilet bowls was clogged soon after we checked in. As it was late we reported the matter the day after and the problem was resolved satisfactorily.

The parking is confusing and hard to find…

The host is quite thoughtful, we even have Youtube Premium! Overall the house and rooms are comfortable, but the toilet is quite damp.

1. The access card sometimes could not be used when using elevator. We have to ask security guard to assist us. 2. Hot shower is not enough warm.

The location is very strategic if you plan to enter Spore via land. Master bedroom very spacious overlooking Selat Tebrau. Easy access to restaurants and groceries.

Probably can change the drying rack for clothes to a new one. Current one was quite rusty. Quite difficult to reach the designated parking.

The bed in the master bedroom not in good condition. I guess need to change the mattress/bed frame.

The house is very spacious and clean. The view is very nice. Amenities is very near. House got basic cooking utensils. They also provide towel and body wash. Laundry detergent if you want to wash your clothes. You can get to view and sunset and sunrise just from the balcony. Will recommend to others if they want to stay at Danga Bay.

The parking of the building is so much confusing as the sign is not appropriately place.

The key collection is easy to get it from the 24-hours mart. The bed and pillow is extremely nice and comfortable.
