The carpet install after the lift at level 1 is not welcoming compared with the one installed along the room corridor is so high class look. Maybe, in future may consider to improve it. The lift door has some weird sounds during opening and closing. My 8 year old son scared of it. If we used of the sounds daily is ok. But for new customers this might create unsafe situations or feelings like how my son automatically started to hold our hand. One the first da we arrived late night. So, what happens after check in and we get into our room. Unpack things, suddenly my son asking us dad I can hear someone taking a shower la. But I went and check my bathroom no one there. I mute the TV volume. My wife look at me, all of us can hear the sounds more clearly. For few seconds, all of us freaked out. Then I notice our room is a connecting room. When I stand beside the connecting door , the next room showering sound is very clearly can be heard. Then I explain to my wife and son, I managed to calm down them. Next day, morning I think there was new family checked in to our next room with kids. Through out the door, we can listen the kids talk and the parents advising them all. So to conclude please do consider to upgrade the door to sound proofing door. And the bathroom door to better quality. There was window at bathroom. Blind was installed. I’m really ok with the concept. But, I’m staying with my kids. My wife finds ab bit uncomfortable even after I pull down the blinds at one corner there is a small gap (1cm). My wife very particular on this screen/blinds. If the bathroom has glass windows in it. Please take note in this. I love watching movies in the hotel TV. One thing, I find is the TV size a bit small. Otherwise, all is good.

Me, my wife and son like the hotel and the room so much. Very clean. Bed and pillow so comfortable. The carpet design and the furniture inside are good. The room size really big and curtain has good sunblock. I like the latest LG TV, we enjoyed with Netflix. My son enjoyed with the complimentary biscuits and tea. Bathroom so big and clean I don’t see any mold or stains. I really appreciate the hotel because, WhatsApp me early and informing on the temporary road direction changes over the weekend. The hotel location very strategic and convenient to most of the area. Overall very good and I am happy with our stay.

We booked a family suite. The description of our accommodation indicated a separate bedroom and living room. In reality it was one big room with a half partition which was not as convinient.

The rooms were spacious , bright. comfortable , well equipped and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel had a carpark and the location was convinient with most attractions within a ten minute walk. All in all very good value for money.

It is a small boutique hotel with no amenities, with nothing exciting surrounding it.

The large room looks new and clean. Pillows and beds were large and comfortable. Toiletries were complete. The walk to Jonker Street was reasonable at 15min, except there is no pedestrian path - gota walk by the roadside some parts, so I find it rather dangerous esp at night.

The classic charm lobby. The spacious room and the place was easy to locate with extra information from Mr Taubat and foreign guard who helped open door and car parked. Friendly staff. Thumbs up for Christie suites hotel.

Cant think of anything - everything has been amazing

Bed is comfortable, spacious room, very friendly staff always willing to help. The welcome drinks in the lobby are very much appreciated after a day out. Driving directions were sent in PDF file prior to arrival which enables us to find the hotel easily despite the road closure over the weekend. Thank you!

Road access by GPS was illegal during weekends, due to changes made by local authorities. Hotel to highlight this discrepancy to authorities for their Customers sake.

Breakfast was good. Location too good, but due to one-way traffic restrictions the drivers may find quite confusing on the access to this hotel especially during weekends.

We ordered western food in the hotel's cafe. Price is really reasonable. We had fish and chips, chicken chop and mushroom soup. Unfortunately, all the food is too salty.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is even a bathtub and bathing salt provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Malacca again.

The bathroom was choked slightly. Water does drain away but was slow.

This hotel is newly refurbished with very clean maintenance, comfortable set-up in in furnishings and warm, supportive staff. It's only a 12 minute walk to Jonker street and comes with a very good breakfast. Kudos to the chef for coming up with a new menu everyday.
