We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had booked the landside capsule by mistake but the staff were able to switch my booking to airside with no fuss. They supply you with towel and toiletries. Ideal for long layovers at the airport as I had 7 hours til my next flight.

Perfect for a long transit, was a bit tricky to find but got there in the end! Bathrooms are so nice and clean. You get a little bag with tooth brush, towel, ear plugs and an eye mask which is great.

AustraliaNo air-conditioning in rooms No wake up call Cheaper to book online than walk up but online had only 3 rooms listed and we needed 4 rooms as no doubles in the airside. Online somehow charged us more in the end.
Kids need to sleep between layover in middle of the night. So it was safe and clean. Good showers. Good location. It was as pictured. Convenient.

AustraliaI had to wake up and get on an aeroplane. Although other guests were considerate, it was impossible to move around or even roll over without hearing them.
The property was new and very clean. The capsule was comfortable and quiet, which meant rest, relaxation, and sleep. The common bathrooms were clean and tidy. I was unsure if I would like the concept but it was a relief for a weary traveller with 4 hours to spare in an airport, who finds the floor and airport chairs uncomfortable.

BulgariaPrice online is more expensive than at the desk, and they don't advertise the shorter stay options which are even less costly. Some other comments also mentioned this, but the sheets made me itchy, although I think it is because they are very cheap and plasticy, not dirty. Sleep in clothes and you'll be fine! I don't think you can actually lock your capsule, although the area is secure.
More than adequate for an overnight stay at KLIA2. The compartment was comfortable, cozy and quiet. The communal shower had everything to refresh between flights.

Hong KongToilets aren’t signposted very well. (In the shower room) and the reception staff weren’t the most proactive considering I had a booking and they should be expecting me. They should be mindful that everyone they’re dealing with has come off a flight and is desperate for some sleep. A queue is off putting when one member of staff is just watching on his phone.
Perfect for a longer overnight layover where you want to be nearby your gate/food. Good amount of space in each capsule
