Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaRoom should get better maintenance. Every door creaks when opened or closed. Not much choice of tv channels. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but no stopper, so...that couldn't be used.
Room was ok...good size...bed was a good size too. Pool was great but no pool towels. Quiet area and constant plane traffic nearby made for great photo opportunities.

I found out that the ceiling fan was dusty when turned on, the water boiler was not washed (there was leftover water inside, most probably from previous occupier). one of the lamp was not functioned, therefore the room looked dim. Ohh and there were also power trip happened several times. Overall ok but it didnt met my expectation.
