We haven’t really had much of a difficult situation there. The place is easy to find. Athough there is a construction site near the place but it didn’t bother us much. Maybe for other it won’t be the case.

The establishment is very clean and beautiful. The staff is helpful and always responsive and caring. There’s a backdoor to a private beach which is very clean where we enjoyed a beautiful look to sunset. I especially loved the cats !!

There was building work going on next door which was quite loud mainly whilst on the beach. However, the hotel did warn us about the immediately after we booked.

The hotel was in a great location for a reasonable price. The grounds were beautiful with lots of plants which were tended each day. The beach at the bottom was a real highlight with chairs and beanbags laid out to sit and watch the sunset. There is also a volley ball net and balls available. The room was really lovely and clean with Aircon and a fan. The aircon was a bit loud but definitely necessary in the heat. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable and we had the best few nights sleep. There were plenty of amenities such as a water dispenser, shared kitchen area, space in a shared fridge and bread, jam/butter and tea/coffee for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Langkawi

Located at Tengah Beach, not very far from Cenang Beach (main attraction) yet far enough to have a more peaceful vibe. Walking distance to Underwater World Langkawi. The beach is private, right behind the resort. If you're athletic, there's beach volleyball area available. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. If we're ever coming to Langkawi again, this will definitely be our choice of accomodation.

The bed was hard for me. The other thing was so strange No cupboard at all! Where to put my chlodes? In a “deluxe” part, there would be place for it!

It was amasing. Feeling Luxory, at the same time the place gave back sometging from the pass! Little bungalovs. I have feel myself in a jungle!❤️

Everything about this property was excellent. Location, staff, facilities. Having the beach at the back of the resort was fabulous. We really enjoyed out stay here & if we ever end up in Langkawi again we will definitely book here. Great value.

Kids were not a fan of instant shower units & absence of shower screen at bath area. No mini fridge or kettles in rooms (but a big fridge & water filter w hot and cold water available)

New, small villa like resort, quieter part of cenang beach somewhat next to park royal. Comfortable beds & simple lovely decor. Walk out to the beach & lounge on the bean bags. Kids enjoyed volleyball. Hidden (eatery) was short distance from this place. Simple breakfast etc cereal, biscuits, coffee & tea, (toast & make on your own) with options of storing your own groceries in a fridge & cook on your own.

The sounds transfers very easily between rooms - we had a family with a child staying on the next room and we were able to hear the child crying/screaming during night time.

Nothing to complain about. For those who are really sensitive: There was a slight smell from the bathroom drain, but it wasn't bothersome at all. A large hotel is being built next door, which, during my stay, caused negligible noise.

The rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern style. The entire facility was very clean. I especially appreciated the large, open kitchenette and dining area at the entrance, equipped with all the necessary utensils. This made it feel like a high-end backpacker resort with enough privacy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely come here again

It wasn’t a big deal for me, but the construction next to the hotel could be annoying.

Location, Parking, Beach access, Kitchen and Living Room to share, spaces bathroom and the stuff are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my time with Yin Yin so much, that I would come again, because she make us feel very welcome and happy. She is always in a good mood and try to make your stay memorable. I love the family vibe nothing you get from a five star resort. I love it!

The beach area could do with a drinks service, the hotel has no pool (but ofcourse we knew that already going in) and the room is so big a small sofa would really improve it's usefullness . (we had zero noise trouble from the ongoing construction next door)

Ants can be seen in every corner of the room. So don't have any snacks/food in the room. Or you can throw your trash in the right place. Another issue is that the management/hotel should prohibit guests from smoking in the shared kitchen area. Should guests smoke outside the hotel (perhaps in the parking lot)?

I like this hotel because the room has direct access to the beach from the back door. It's very private. Shared kitchen utensils are provided. Free jam toast from 8am to 11am. There is also coffee and tea available throughout the day. also a shared refrigerator to store your cold drinks and fruits. This is kid friendly accommodation for me.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. We were told that there’d be noise from the construction site next door however this did not affect us. Access to the private beach was the best part with the most comfortable lounge chairs to watch the beautiful Langkawi sunsets. The complimentary breakfast in the communal kitchen was a nice touch each morning. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. They organised our tours and water sports which were incredible. The location is a short walk to the main Cenang Area. I cannot recommend this place enough, it made our stay in Langkawi the best ever and we cannot wait to return.
