Aloft is exceptional! Great layout, great aircon, bedrooms were so spacious and the bed was huge. We loved it so much and it was perfect with a toddler. The staff are always on hand and were so kind. Great Malaysian hospitality.

We arrived early and the reception staff didn’t tell us any information about the Hotel (baggage storage, access to the pool, location of the lifts, buggy service to the local beach).

The check in process took toooo much time until I had to complain to get my room keys, same for check out, if you call them will take too much time to respond.

I loved the honeymoon moon balloon decoration & the see view of the room and also the breakfast, the beach was close and the have drop off service to the beach and pick up.

i was charged more than what it was shown in the app, and the staff claimed the extra charges weren't shown in the app. It was kind of disappointing because i had to pay extra for the 3rd person.

They had very good spread of breakfast. The pool was amazing since it was heated. The room was comfortable. Pantai Tengah was super close..can reach even by walking but the hotel do provide buggy service to the beach.

Aircond in my room not so cold. Maybe because of the sunset facing my room sliding door. Check in process quite long process. Not sure why some hotel very fast check in and some hotel not.

Inconvenient room layout: bathroom too big, room too small - built-in wardrobe is in the bathroom. 3 of us could easily walk around in the bathroom, doing different things. Did not like ironing beside the toilet and having the hotel safe in there too. No shelf/ rack / hooks for hangers outside the bathroom.

Very helpful and accommodating staff and well maintained hotel, quite new. Very good breakfast spread.

I had a great stay and wouldn't change a thing, I just wish I could've stayed longer.

The view from the room alone was worth it. The staff were super friendly and accommodating—everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Breakfast buffet had many options and it tasted good too. The room was comfortable and large for just me.

This property has nice and comfortable rooms which are all facing the sea. We had a high floor room and the sea view was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. Not too far from Chenang beach. Grab taxi was easily available. Breakfast had a nice spread, the gym and swimming pool were also very nice.

I spent 2 nights at Aloft, Langkawi and the stay was awesome. We got Beachview unit at level 6 and the balcony is so spacious with chairs and a coffee table. The hotel also provided another 2 bean bags and it became our kids' favourite. For two days, we just enjoyed chilling on the balcony whilst having in-room dining. Then, we met Amir an arab staff who greeted us at Nook Coffee House during breakfast and his warm welcome made our kids feel easy. The food was great and we loved the pastry and char kueh teow! Ms Norsidah Ahmad also came to our table and had a light conversation and she even gave us suggestions for places to go as a family in Langkawi. Overall, we are glad had chose Aloft as a short to stay at Langkawi. Definitely will come over again.
