“We had a seaview room which was comfortable with a fab view.. You can definitely hear the waterfront karaoke, no matter which floor you are on, but if you accept that it's going to be heard, it just becomes background noise which finishes at about 11pm. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean with the usual amount of moluld for a tropical climate. We found the staff to be terrific - they moved us on request when cigarette smoke was coming through the airconditioning vent. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but obviously all guests do not follow this request. Breakfast was extensive, delicious and in a pleasant waterfront, open restaurant. Excellent location with a mall just outside the door and fresh food market 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of space out the front for Grab/ Tour drivers to do pick ups. Wifi was quick and trouble free.”
