The reason I put didn’t meet my expectations, which may not be totally fair, is that I hadn’t expected it to be as loud as it was. This is not in relation to a disco or anything like that. Rather, the halls echoed quite a bit when people were talking in them. Yes, the infrastructure somewhat contributes to this. however, I also acknowledge the staff can’t do much about inconsiderate clients who leave their doors open talking loudly, or walking in the hallways talking louder than conversational.

The staff were lovely. The location, far enough away from 5th ave to be away from the hustle. Yet, close enough to comfortably walk to 5th or the beach or grab a bicibike pretty much on the opposite corner of the street.

It wasn't very clean, spiderwebs around the room so I know it wasn't cleaned well for a long time. Also a bar is next door so I had to wear earplugs .

Close to the bus station and the main walking street. Very very very comfortable beds. They let us into the room earlier then check in.

I have no complaints. The place is exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there, very much.

The price was good and the ladies up front were very nice. Good location also, but also very quiet at night.

I would recommend to improve a little more English. However with current technology and my poor Spanish we have managed all necessary topics. It takes quite some time to get hot water under the shower, causing quite big water usage which concerns me. Towels were always clean but quite old already. Same with kitchen equipment. A sharp knife would be nice to have.

First and the most important - pleasant and helpful personnel. They all were great! It feels like it's a family run hotel. It has such a vibe which is nice! The hotel is in the proper distance from 5th Ave. and beach. It's very close and far enough to not hear noise. Many small nice restaurants on opposite streets and shops like OXXO, Walmart, etc. Room had a very nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Very good WiFi.

There is a window you can only open a little bit towards the inside of the hotel. It is very hard to get fresh air in, it becomes stagnat quickly.

Lady manager is very bad to us.?? Walked in 12 pm noon.ask to see room available.? Good choice. Yes, you can have this room now. Happy But paying with dollars, saw different?? Rate lower than nearby exchange boot. Let go change n come back pay. Karma manager said, can't have this room now unless plus 300 pesos or wait 2 hours later..pay in pesos, skimmer bandits? Ripoff your own customer. Ola Mexican don't screw up your customers. Mexico need more heart n care serving people. We are tourists not criminals. Never come back Hope she is not owner hotel. You take what you gave. Respectful even you are hungry.

The customer attention that we received was not the greatest. We arrived early in the morning on the ADO bus from Chetumal, and were told beforehand that while we couldn’t gain early access to our rooms, we would be able to leave luggage and change our clothes for the beach. We were allowed to do those things, but we were treated as if we were in the way, and were told we were being too loud for the other guests. It was a little off-putting since we were all tired from our travels and in an unfamiliar place. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated.

Location was perfect, in close walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, and the bus terminal. The rooms were basic but fine, with nice showers and ice-cold A/C.

Very noisy, as there was a backpackers hostel next door with loud music at the bar. Also there were people outside the rooms at early hours everyday talking loudly (in the hotel building). Also, found a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard.

Staff nice, location great, and room was good. Cleaning every second day and new towels every day.

Was only given two towels the whole stay even though we were three. The towels were in bad condition. No toilet paper in the bathroom twice during our stay. The water from the shower smelled like metal mixed with mold.

I liked the location and the staff was very nice. The air conditioner was great.
