Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaBar on the ground floor can be very noisy but if you are on the higher floor, it doesn't bother you.
Clean rooms. I had to change my room on the 1st day of visit due to plumbing issue in washbasin. But the staff was extremely was very helpful and ensured that my room change was very quick and hassle free. The new room was on the higher floor and was extremely beautiful and clean. Location is great and have many good food joint near by. Breakfast was delicious and you have multiple options to choose from.

United States14th floor had a musty, cigarette smell. Showers are good but water leaks out to the restroom floor.
Location is good and safe. Close to a lot of popular places. Beds are comfortable and the black out shades allowed for good nights rest. Staff were all really nice and helpful. I like that they have taxis right outside their hotel ready to go whenever you like.

United StatesThe hotel furniture is worn. It looks tired and used. The style is modern but they need to replace furnishings. Please, replace the towels!!! They are torn on the edges and were very dingy. The towels are supposed to be white but they were gray and stained. Hotel just needs a facelift.

United StatesThe room service staff was giving me a little attitude after a miscommunication. Then he forgot to enter my order so I waited for my food for over an hour. When we finally got our food, the food had no flavor at all, the lasagna was warm around the outside but once we reached the center it was still cold and frozen. It was disappointing.
The staff were wonderful. All of them were kind and respectful. I would return because of them
