Travelled from the UK to visit family however booked a hotel so could have a day recovering and sitting by pool. We visited in October and the situation of the pool had absolutely no sun all day. 🤦‍♀️ Ended up sitting on the hotel front doorstep. Really disappointing as it was the only reason for booking a hotel in the first place 😪

Room was small, a bit dingy, and run down. Needs some art. Lights out in hallway was a big problem. Dark and didn't feel safe. Lights by bed did not work. No place to put suitcase.

Bar on the ground floor can be very noisy but if you are on the higher floor, it doesn't bother you.

Clean rooms. I had to change my room on the 1st day of visit due to plumbing issue in washbasin. But the staff was extremely was very helpful and ensured that my room change was very quick and hassle free. The new room was on the higher floor and was extremely beautiful and clean. Location is great and have many good food joint near by. Breakfast was delicious and you have multiple options to choose from.

It's a very corporate hotel, not very "homey" or cozy, but otherwise, it was great!

The hotel had a big room and it was very clean. The location was great, it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

14th floor had a musty, cigarette smell. Showers are good but water leaks out to the restroom floor.

Location is good and safe. Close to a lot of popular places. Beds are comfortable and the black out shades allowed for good nights rest. Staff were all really nice and helpful. I like that they have taxis right outside their hotel ready to go whenever you like.

The hotel furniture is worn. It looks tired and used. The style is modern but they need to replace furnishings. Please, replace the towels!!! They are torn on the edges and were very dingy. The towels are supposed to be white but they were gray and stained. Hotel just needs a facelift.

The hotel needs a facelift. The furniture looked worn and old. The towels were horrible!! They were torn and stained. We had to ask the front desk several times for fresh towels and toiletries. When we arrived, there were none in the room. It’s a great location, just needs updating!!

The room service staff was giving me a little attitude after a miscommunication. Then he forgot to enter my order so I waited for my food for over an hour. When we finally got our food, the food had no flavor at all, the lasagna was warm around the outside but once we reached the center it was still cold and frozen. It was disappointing.

The staff were wonderful. All of them were kind and respectful. I would return because of them

It seems to me that the cost of the room is nothing different from another cheaper hotel.

Everything was really good only. The welcoming it was a real touch of happiness. Made me feel like home. The service really good, room service is open 24 hours, the Standort of the hotel is great near to the public transportation

The sink and shower room drains were clogged. Called three times over a one and a half hour span to get it fixed. Finally, maintenance arrived and it took them another 30-40 minutes to clear the problem.

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Selection was large but taste was not great.

Room was large and comfortable, even had a small balcony. Shower heads were like spa massages and hot water came right on. Didn't want to leave the shower. A couple of things in the room didn't work, but overall was in good condition.
