The bathroom is very small and slightly awkward to use. The gym is not taken care of very well. Lots of rust and the cables are almost destroyed. Also missing dumbells from the set. The gym is still usable though. There can be a bit of noise from 5th Avenue given the location but didn't bother us too much.

The size of the room. Location is excellent. A/C is good. The bed was very comfortable. The tv was good. The kitchen appliances were good. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and the view from them is excellent.

1) The door lock was very hard to understand, we had to spend 5 min to understand how we are locking the door. 2) The towels that we got weren't so clean. 3) Because of the place of the apartment - some nights were noisy from outside parties till the middle of the night

The apartment is on the 5th Avenue near restaurants and bars. The size of the apartment is enough for 2 guests, it has big fridge, microwave and a stove . The owner was available when we needed him. The building has a nice pool and a little gym. Overall - great apartment

The biggest disadvantage was the noise. I usually sleep like a baby, but that was the only place where I woke up because of the loud music. Make sure to pack earplugs! Additionally, the noise from slamming doors is incredibly loud. Right in front of the balcony, there are currently construction works, which add even more noise during the day. Another disappointment was a fridge with a water dispenser that wasn't working, so I had to buy water in the supermarket.

I spent a week in the apartments, and the host was nice. The facilities were really great—I especially loved the sauna and rooftop pool! The internet in the room was fast, which was important to me. Additionally, the staff at the reception were super helpful and friendly. I had the chance to store my luggage at the reception after checking out and to enjoy the rooftop and take a shower there. The location is close to the ADO bus station (a 10-minute walk) and the PDC Beach (a 5-minute walk). There are lots of great restaurants in the area.

As it’s an apartment, just remember that after a couple of days you’ll need to buy a few things (toilet paper, bins bags) to keep you going. The price they charge to wash towels was quite expensive, too.

The property, I felt, was excellent value for money. The studio apartments are perfect for a couple who may want to do some of their own cooking, but also want to feel like they’re on holiday 🌊

The only thing I can really think of that I didn’t like was the view from my balcony but, I can not fault anyone other than myself for that because I was aware my room would not have a view. So truly, there wasn’t anything I can truly say was unexpected or that I didn’t like about the property!!

The staff were absolutely incredible, super friendly and accommodating!! The building itself was modern and luxurious, security measures were very comforting and the apartment had all the amenities I could have ever asked for. The man working the front desk(who was amazing I might add) made sure my ride back to the airport was waiting for me in the lobby before my arrival in the lobby and the ride service allowed me to help a friend who was staying in another hotel get to the airport(so I made sure to take care of him as a thank you). I even regret not tipping the man who was at the front desk throughout my stay(because I was in a rush leaving)for being so helpful, friendly and accommodating!!

The location, apartment and the rooftop were amazing. It was on the 5th Av which is the central location. The host was very kind and patiently stayed on phone until I located the hotel since the address showed by booking.com was not correct. It was exactly as described on the website which I always appreciate. The area can get noisy due to its proximity to the clubs but I have noticed that it’s the case with all hotels in the location and closing windows solves the issue.

This place is exactly 10 minutes walking from the ADO bus station, if you are taking the bus once you get off you are in 5 avenue. This building is located right off 5 Avenue where everything is (bars, restaurants, stores) but you don't hear a thing at night, we slept without any disturbance. It is literally a couple steps from 5 Avenue, for reference right in the corner where you need to turn to get in the building there were building a SEPHORA store, when I first arrived my gps kept taking me to the wrong place it was a little difficult to find it at first. The bed and sheets were so comfortable, not to mention the beautiful roof top ! . You can walk to the beach and you find everything you need on 5 avenue. I totally recommend this place !!!!

The hot water goes only for a few minutes, so you need to wait for a while for the next person to shower. The gym could have one bench press.

The bed mattress was super hard, only was given two bath towels for two people for 9 days, two toilet paper rolls, one hand towel and two pillow case for 4 pillows. The sheets were ripped and very thin. No bed mattress. Had to request extra linens but was only brought 4 face cloths. Had to find laundry mat to get bed sheets and towels laundered which was inconvenient. When asked for extra linens and towels, I was told “this isn’t an airbnb”. Ok. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The air conditioner was not consistent so it was either too humid or too cold. There were tiny ants everywhere no matter how clean I kept it. Only 2 mugs, a set of two cutlery, a beat up pot and pan. No water so you must go and buy your own. Not great cooking utensils to cook your own food with. Very loud at night especially on the weekends. The patio door is not sound proof. We are both very sound sleepers but had a tough time sleeping from 11PM-2am.

Modern building with stunning views and the perfect location in Playa del Carmen! The rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, & gym were so luxurious. Really friendly guests staying at this building too. Amazing energy and I will stay at least a week next time! :)
