Could not regulate very old refrigerator, kept freezing everything. Internet kept going on and off. Windows could not be secured in place so they wouldn't bang shut with the breeze. No blinds in kitchen to keep hot afternoon sun from heating the apartment. Low water pressure (trickle) for shower.

Very quiet, gorgeous view, nice terrace, friendly and accommodating staff, private parking, kitchen facilities, clean, comfortable bed, good location.

The location near the top of the hill may be tiring for some, and is difficult if you are carrying luggage, but you will earn some amazing views. The room was also warm on evenings during hot weather, which made it harder to sleep, but the ceiling fans offered some respite.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and well-equipped suites, with very helpful and welcoming owners. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes' walk to Jardín Allende in the heart of the city, but just far enough away to avoid most of the evening noise, and the views from the rear roof terrace are spectacular. The facilities were excellent, with comfy beds, a good choice of entertainment on TV, a small kitchen with fridge-freezer, a hot, powerful shower and reliable WiFi. Really excellent value for money and a great option for couples and small families.

The kitchen was a major disappointment. It was not equipped for cooking and what appliances there were sounded like they would quit any moment. The refrigerator was in bad need of defrosting so much so that the freezer door didn’t close. There were no ice cube trays. It would be thoughtful if the management provided a few ecessities such as wraps for food, dish washing soap, a dish drying rack, etc. The bedroom was totally lacking in drawers for clothing although we cleared spaces for use.

The decor, garden environment were very lovely. Though it wasn’t the fault of the owners, the location at the top of the hill was totally unexpected and as older people was a major hassle that meant we had to taxi back from anywhere and everywhere. The upkeep in the apartment could be improved but the interior decor was very charming. The staff—office and housekeeping— were exceptionally nice and helpful. Aside from the steep hill the location was in Centro (downtown) which was wonderful and lively and beautiful. This is what we wanted.

Staying here was adequate but the cleanliness was an issue as described above. I would choose to stay in a better equipped suite if I were to return

The suite was functional and compact., but 'bare bones' in decor. It was described as a standard 1- bedroom apartment. The terrace overlooking the rising hills of very attractive housing was a great bonus, both for its furniture, chairs and chaises. The vista was great. This terrace turned out to be a meeting place with other tenants who were staying here-a definite asset. The bed was great (firm), the pillows were lumpy looking but quite comfortable. The coverlet was clean but unkempt looking. The bedding kept us warm when night temperatures dropped. An electric heater helped for a couple of hours each evening. An adequate closet, spacious dresser, and tiny bedside tables with good lamps made up the single bedroom. Two sets of blinds in the bedroom window were helpful. The bathroom contained a good shower with hot water and shelving for toiletries. The kitchen was passable: a hinged shelf in the archway between the kitchen and the living space was particularly useful for kitchen counter space. Water was supplied. Cutlery, cooking utensils and dishware were minimalist, so cooking was adequate. The pots and pans needed refreshing as they were scratched and either too large or small. A very small coffee maker and a small microwave were used daily every morning. Surfaces were not clean in general. Paint spatters were not removed from shelves and window sills. The fridge worked but looked like it was on death row but did its job of keeping food items cold. The fridge was quite dirty and the small freezer badly needed defrosting. Garbage was removed daily and the floors were wet mopped. The pantry with a drawer for cutlery was in the living space along with a fireplace that was not used for heat. The furniture in the living room was a wooden love seat, a single wooden chair, an old table with 2 unmatched chairs…functional again, but not particularly comfortable. The cushions on the wooden furniture needed scrubbing. The windows needed cleaning.

I felt comfortable in my studio. The size was perfect, the bathroom was very clean and the staff were friendly. Only a short walk up the hill from town and it felt safe walking back a night.

Steep hill but not proprietors fault just think people should be aware of steepness of hill from centre to accommodation on the plus side rate for taxi from centre to accommodation very cheap at roughly £2 so great alternative to becoming breathless

It's charm, only problem for myself and partner was the location being 60+ in age we both struggled with climb from centre to accommodation very steep hill. Accommodation was great for the price, cleanliness etc. Just wish was younger x

Property several blocks from centre..ok going down steep hill to explore but needed taxi to get back (which were plentiful & cheap) Used delivery services for food . Staff friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that the taxi couldn't pick me up to take me to the bus station when I checked out due to a traffic jam. This is not a good location for taxis to pick up certain times of the day.

It was like having my own apartment since I had a full kitchen and could make breakfasts for myself. There was a small grocery store nearby where I could stock up on essentials including fresh eggs and milk.
