Restaurant was too open and Cold! They never close the doors even when it’s cold outside and wind blowing in, bringing flies and dust inside. Took time to respond to my complaint about the plugs not working in the room. There was no soup on the menu- After ordering food in the restaurant I was told to “pre-order” if I want something specific - this was not explained upon check in, so how to know!

Breakfast was not remarkable, and every day was exactly the same. Coffee made from the machine was not great. Cappuccino made from the machine was sweet, and I don't take sugar. Bedroom was not cleaned properly, and when I walked at night barefoot in the bedroom, after showering, I noticed my feet were picking up dirt. Toiletries were not replenished, as housekeeping staff failed to replenish, and e.g., left a box that a previous guest had half used. Only on the last two days of my stay did I receive new toiletries. Towels were very thin and needed to be changed every day, despite a request for us to be concerned about the planet. This latter instruction can be acceded to if towels are of a good quality and able to be used again a second day. I'd asked for a quiet room and was given one at the entrance, which meant I heard everyone coming in for rooms on that floor.

I found dinner menus were good and eating in the Restaurant at night worth doing. Reception and Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Although not as quick to respond in the Restaurant. But none-the-less, friendly and helpful when they came to serve you.

Quality/price ratio not optimum. A bit on the pricy side for what it is. No hot water on Saturday noon (on the first day) but it was not too much of an issue. Cleaning lady opens the door without knocking (on the first day). Lift was not working on the last days of my stay. Breakfast coffee was OK, but not great.

Staff friendly and professional. The breakfast was decent, with customed prepared eggs and some fruits. The proximity to the mall makes it easy to get lunch/dinner. It was overall a nice stay.

The fitness center is extremely small with only fixed glass windows which cannot be opened , hardly any place to stand in the fitness center , only limited Basic cardio machines and some dumbells Self service , room service not there Same brf served everday with no variation Rooms are small with hardly any space for storage

Location is tricky - wherever you go it takes you around 40-60 min and 30-40 EUR one way. Breakfast is average and never changes (I stayed for a week). Thus, if you have time to go somewhere else in the morning, skip this option. As I stayed alone, I had no issues, but they have fully transparent glass walls to the bathroom. This might be interesting if it would not include toilet. Not the best decision even for couples) Finally, in one case when I booked a taxi, the driver tried to add 500 MUR to the agreed price if I pay through the hotel. Was surprised as in another situation there was no any service fee.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and simple, nothing special. In general, the hotel is comfortable for a short stay. You have a good mall with many cafes next to the hotel and a few places to go for hiking around.

The first day i checked in, my room was smelling of cigarette and i am a non smoker. After searching where the smell came from, i found that there was ash in my bin, indicating the bin was not emptied before i occupied it. Also, for the money i paid, the rooms were too small. The first day i checked in, it took the stuff about 30 minutes to give me my room keys despite making a booking prior to my arrival

The Air conditioner could have been colder and the TV has poor sound volume. There is no Fogging at night so there are mosquitos at night around the restaurant.

Location between Airport and Port Louis and the fact that the hotel is located near a variety of Restaurants. The hot Breakfast is poor, minimum selection of food, eggs Baked beans, hashbrowns and chicken sausage. For the money you have to pay to stay at this hotel the Breakfast is below par.

Nothing to not like, but this is not really a holiday hotel. It is ideal for business, located close to Ebene Cyber City and other sites and just far enough out of Port Louis to be in the actual city (which is a bonus).

Easy to find from the airport, placed right against the Bagatelle Mall. The hotel is modern and offers all the comforts needed, including a small gym room and a pool upstairs. The restaurant staff are amazing and friendly and actually remembered my wife and I from our visit 4 years ago!
