Amazing staff, great service, we arrived 2h after the restaurant was closed due to a delay in our flight, but they were still waiting for us with warm dinner (00:00). During our entire stay we were treated with the best of care and everything we requested was accommodated without question

Had its own beach and lounge chairs private balconies with a beach view. Breakfast was offered and had a good selection of fried eggs, scrambled and assorted pastries and other fare. Was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

Having a refrigerator in the room is great, beeing so nosy is not. Need an upgrade.

Sea view on three sides...where else can you get that? Room was as promised, sea front view, great, superb view from balcony, bed or sofa. Room was spotless, bed, bathroom very confortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Probably best location in Kissamoss. And for sure the place to come back.

Proximity to the famous beaches (Elafonisi, Balos, Seitan Limani), to Chania and the location on the beach, so you can dip into the waters whenever you want. The staff is super friendly and nice. We loved our room, comfy bed and breakfast!

As the room was close to the road it was a bit noisy.

The location, it was close to the beach as well as the port, which was important as we wanted to go for a boat trip to Balos. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was nice and helpful. We were surprised to find a bottle of fine complimentary wine as a welcome gift.

Some bathroom worn-out towels might be changed and may be a little more variation to the breakfast (otherwise very good), especially if you stay more days - would be a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel in a nice chill area, people chill and friendly, access to beach with free sun beds, nice breakfast, quiet, close to the Kissamos/Kastelli bus station. Perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Small bathroom (barely have place to step inside). Noisy and old refrigerator, disturbing for night sleep (room no. 2).

Quiet place, ideal for families with children. Location near very nice beach, so that you can swim every morning. Hotel staff extremly friendly and supporting ( provided me an umbrella for the beach on request).

The only ventilation is from the big sliding door onto the terrace but leaving that open was noisy at night so the room got hot (there is air con)

We booked here for 2 nights as it is convenient for the ferry to Githio. We were pleasantly surprised. It is a simple but clean, newly renovated hotel in a great position (own beach which is a sheltered cove - better than windy places further around). Breakfast is included and has a decent range of buffet offerings. Staff were very helpful. It is 6 mins walk from Ktel bus station (just keep on the same road when you get off / don’t get off in Main Street!) There are 2 very good places to eat less than 5 mins walk and a string of tavernas on the beach front about 10-15mins away. We enjoyed our stay
