We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Wonderfull people. Vishal is very nice person, who will make sure to make the best of your stay helping you with your trip if needed. Well located, walking distance to the best beaches and restaurants in the area. Nice coffe place nearby and within the hotel coffe place availbe perfect for breakfast, where Maria another super nice person. Good place for solo travel.

NorwayWe stayed for 3 nights and it was very good stay. We met the owner and his hard working son. They did all they could to keep us happy. Gave us a warm friendly welcome and showed us the place, which has a super cool café in the bottom floor and super friendly staff. Whole place has a cool vibe and don't hesitate to ask for help here if you need anything. Would recommend to anyone who wants to rent a small apartment near the beautiful Trou aux Biches beach! Very natural space. I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. It was secure and safe for a solo traveller. Plenty of hot water and lovely air conditioning. Tranquility at its finest. Although I didn't meet my host until later as I was busy everything was organised and keys left for me. My host gave me a lovely list of places to visit....that I am following. Really enjoyed staying here.

The facilities was very nice and the location excellent. The hostess was very friendly and always ready to help. We opted for a room with a small kitchen and this worked really well for my early coffee.

United KingdomI thought we were going to have a studio with private kitchen etc from the pics and description on the site but it turned out to be a shared kitchen/ living room. this wasn’t a huge problem but we were wary of using it in the morning or at night as we didn’t want to disturb other guests and if other guests had been noisy we would have been woken up. I wouldn’t have chosen the room if I had realised this as plenty of other studios are available with private facilities. also selected the room due to good reviews of the owner and he turned out to be away the week we stayed. whilst we did have access to a washing machine it only used cold water so none of our clothes actually got clean. finally the TV in the common area didn’t work which wouldn’t usually be a problem but during the World Cup was inconvenient.
