The cleanliness is weird. One week we got new towels everyday, the other week sometimes everyday sometimes it took 2 days and they forgot to clean the ceiling fans, their up high so I can imagine people not being able to reach.

Relatively new hotel. Indoor pool has a no kids policy which i love. I don't mind children but its nice to have a swim without getting splashed. Lovely sauna and hamam! The rooms are roomy and cute. Nice balconies. From our room you had lovely view of the mountains. The food in the morning is the same, not to impressive but I eat the same every single day so i don't mind. Food in the evening was nice. The garden restaurant was really good! Wish I new sooner that they served dishes that qualified for half board! The staff is amazing! Really. So friendly and service was great! I felt at home thanks to Steven, Leck, Dalen and Alexander!

Even though the building is new and fresh, it’s poorly maintained - shower and basins easily get clogged, it should be cleaned every day but staff doesn’t do it unless asked. Small ants are everywhere even though it wasn’t ground floor and we didn’t bring food into the room - ants are even in the bathroom, and the insect spray doesn’t help. Breakfast selection is poor and never changes. No fleshly made omelet, just premade scrambled eggs. No fresh vegetables, only fruits. Very poor selection of cheese. Staff doesn’t replenish anything unless specifically asked for. Location is remote, there’s transfer to the beach and to the mall, but not often enough. No entertainment in the evenings whatsoever. Overall, quality doesn’t match the price.

Drinks at the bar and restaurant are expensive but you can take your own and have on your terrace.

The spa is lovely and the sauna and hamman have been repaired. Clean and working well. Spa lady is very sweet.

The shower was an awkward set up and frequently leaked.

The staff really make this property. Yes it is sleak, spacious, modern with great facilities but without the wonderful team it just wouldn’t be getting a 10. Special shout out to Sheldon on reception who was so helpful and accomodating, would definitely stay here again!

The location, great staff, best breakfast in town, really clean appartments, sauna and first time i actually saw jacobs coffee machine somewhere it changes from the conventional ones.

We are vegetarians who occasionally eat fish and although the buffets for breakfast and dinners were plentiful we would like to have seen more balanced vegetarian dishes other than simple vegetables offered.

Beautifully and stylishly decorated aparthotel with all home comforts and more. Our 1 bed apartment was exceptionally spacious with 2 balconies. Everything was very clean and felt as if it was brand new. Staff were professional and friendly and management team were very attentive. The location just outside Grand Baie was easy to find, peaceful but very convenient for everything.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of hold and cold food and drinks available. The location is good for business being close to business areas and not too far from Grand Baie for client evenings out.

The pool was great but a bit smaller than what I thought from the pictures. The location is far away in the middle of nowhere but tbh it wasnt a big issue bc they offer shuttle taxi to the city center and next to it 5 min walk you have a small w supermarket, restaurants, everything needed.

The hotel its super modern and big. I love that you have a spa with internal mood and hammam and sauna, perfect when the sun goes down. I had the studio and was amazing 10/10. You have kitchen, washing machine, balcony! Super spacious and new. The breakfast was nice, plus they offer a shuttle bus at 9/10/13/15 to grand baie or the mall, that was great. Also lots of activities in the hotel going on like rum tasting, meditation, happy hour, etc.

We were on half-board, but the dinners were disappointing. Also selection at the breakfast wasn't great. We had the view on the rear part of the parking from the balcony and the street. After one day we were able to move to a different apartment with a better view.

Swimming pool was really good, drinks at the pool bar tasty and in reasonable prices. Spacious apartment (2-bedrooms), well equipped. Spacious parking. Very close shopping center.

Lots of little ants on the floor, especially if you bought food. The breakfast was horrendous, the basic of the basic. It closes at 1030, but we showed up 950 there are barely anything and they don't refill it anymore.

The room was very spacious, the location good, there are malls around but still advisable to get a car. The laundry in the unit is great especially if you go to the beach.
