The last night of our stay we were having hot water issue. No hot water The kitchen sink appears to be blocked. It would be nice to have a mirror in each room.

My stay at the sea view apartment was simply wonderful! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, and having pool access added a perfect touch of luxury to our vacation. The apartment was immaculate, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the security staff for their diligent work in ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel at ease and welcome. We also want to extend our gratitude to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job maintaining the apartment's cleanliness. Our request for an early check in was not replied to. We arrived hoping to get in early at 11:00 but was not able to as the apartment was not ready. The security phoned Nisha who was the housemaid and keyholder and she kindly let us leave our luggage in the apartment. We came back for 2:30pm which was the official check in time, but the apartment was not ready. There were workmen in the apartment as the ceiling fan in the lounge was not working and they had to replace it. The apartment was finally cleaned at 4:30pm. We were left with wet towels where Nisha had to wash them all. Not Nisha's fault she just had too much to do and needed another person to help, as the previous ocupants had left the apartment in poor condition.

Excellent apartment and complex which is well cared for and lovely pool area. Security were really helpful as was Nisha the housemaid.

There was no dishwashing pods, which is not ideal if you’re staying for a couple of days with a family. We were told to put the dish washing liquid in the dishwasher, which we did not do as this will not ensure that the dishes will be clean and may actually break the dishwasher. Unfortunately, we had no other choice but to wash the dishes by hands. Furthermore, the description stated that there was cleaning products in the apartment however there was only the dish washing liquid. The shower glasses were covered with limescale; a deep clean will be a great.

There was lots of space and had a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice size too and overall it was a good experience. The security was very friendly.

It would be nice if property had working tv channels (selection was very poor and majority did not work) Or Netflix account justfor the property and guests to use. Bc during a cyclone or a long stay with rain there is not much to do in the apartment. Wifi did not reach pool area. Upstairs neighbours can be very noisy and bed mattress was not individual pocket mattress so u can feel your partner moving and it wakes u up.

Due to a late handover on our arrival at 4pm as flat was still being cleaned due to previous occupants. Whilst we were sympathetic & we were able to access to settle into the bedrooms all the towels and bed shawls were still drying on both terraces.

I wished, we'd have one extra room as the sofa bed isn't so comfortable. Cut short the quiet hours.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely comfortable with stunning sea views. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect, apartment is well equipped and maintained. BBQ facilities was great too. The owner is very responsive and granted us a late check out. Overall perfectly amazing place to be with your family to relax.

The property is beautiful with all the amenities for a great home stay. If you are planning for a long vacate this place is amazing to stay and have fun family time. You should get a car on rent and buy all groceries and basics for great stay. we stayed here for 2 days but it’s definitely a must stay for a week or 2.

The ceiling is not well soundproof, so each time the upstair neighbors were moving chairs, we could hear it.

The building is quite new (less than 2 years old), gated, with private parking. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped to cook. it’s on the ground floor with a little shared garden and direct access to the pools and beach. Though there is no lagoon here, the waters are accessible to freshen up and soak up the sun :-)

The cleanliness needs to be improved, the host is not very communicative, the place is a bit neglected, e.g. broken chairs on the balcony, uncleaned terrace, towels stained with stain remover.
