Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Point Beach Front apartment with absolutely breathtaking sunset views over the ocean, and let me tell you, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the apartment, I was greeted with a sense of serenity and luxury. First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the sight of the ocean stretching out before me and being able to witness the stunning sunsets right from the comfort of the apartment was truly a privilege. The views alone would have been enough to make my stay unforgettable, but the apartment itself was equally impressive. (and the pool is lovely too!) The interior design was impeccable, with a modern contemporary style that exuded elegance and sophistication. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, from the sleek furniture to the tasteful decor accents. It was a space that felt both stylish and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the beach. Most importantly, it was quiet! In terms of amenities, the apartment was incredibly well-appointed. Everything I could possibly need was provided for, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathroom fixtures. The level of cleanliness was also exceptional, with the apartment sparkling from top to bottom. I also have to give a special mention to the on-site agent (Yash), who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay (but without being intrusive). In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Ocean Point apartment highly enough. From the stunning views to the stylish decor to the exceptional level of cleanliness and service, every aspect of my stay was simply flawless. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable beach getaway, look no further than this beautiful apartment.

South AfricaThe property is in an excellent location, quiet area but close enough to Balaclava/Turtle Bay beaches and Northern beaches by car. The apartment is impeccable, beautiful pool and stunning sunset views from the main bedroom, lounge area and terrace. The three en-suite bedrooms have comfortable beds and quality linen. I recommend this property without any reservations. I have stayed at four places in Mauritius, for reference, and this has been the best overall experience.
