We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I am familiar with the area so I knew what I had booked and prepared for it. I brought earplugs, a sleep mask and my pillowcase.

United KingdomOld fashioned very large furniture took up a lot of room, difficult to get to the bed. Bathroom towels had holes and threadbare. Bathroom cleanish but as old fittings etc makes it look not so. Lamp broken and dangerous as wires showing. Reception dark and slight smell of damp. For such a good location for a hotel needs a refurb throughout.
Breakfast was fantastic, perfect for me, help yourself to anything, constantly being replenished. Staff friendly. Was clean. Value for money. Had a balcony. Provided the usual toiletry samples. If you do not want to be in the thick of the nightlife then not for you. But if you do fantastic.

AustriaThe sound of toilet flushing. It is like you're in the airplane haha If i wanted to go to the toilet during the night i could not flush the water because it will wake up the whole building, not only my friends lol Air conditioning worked okay, we were there 7 nights, it worked perfectly last 3 nights. For the first 4 nights i had to ask for an extra blanket. Internet didn't worked in my area of the room, but for my friends worked perfectly, so i bought a sim card. But still, two Indian guys are there for everything and they helped me a lot. Because of them i will give better review.
Two guys from India (on reception) were absolutely amazing. Kind, good people, they helped us a lot. I feel sorry for them because sometimes they have to deal with disgusting people. People who write how they are bad or smth like that because they expect 5 stars hotel. You have to know that hotel is okay. Nothing special but also not that bad. Breakfast could be better, they don't have eggs (covid rules), but it wasn't that bad. Elevator is awesome, we had hot water, new towels every day, Columbian girl is cleaning room EVERY DAY. Air conditioning worked, music is not that loud from the outside. In the middle of the St Julians. Location is perfect. Bulgarian lady and manager lady were professional, always there if you need something.
