The upstairs is tired. Refreshed bathrooms and bedrooms would make the stay a 9/10.

Could not fault the first night of our stay. Perfect party location, house was clean and attentive onsite staff. We left after one night due to an issue with hot water, but we were given the sauna and hot tub free to compensate.

I really did not like the rooms, they are not as good as I expected. There is no conditioner, so it is impossible to breathe in summer, my bed was awful and pillows as well, it was not comfortable (at all!) to sleep. The owner was not really welcoming, and I also did not like that the owner allowed to visit sauna only till 2.00 at night (we had a celebration and we wanted to last it longer). Location is good (overall, but you can get there only if you have a car). Generally, it was not what I expected.

Place was not too clean, owner asked to wash the dishes after use which is normal but made an impression that they do not double clean them. Small blankets for double beds. Owner was staying in the same house but seperate room, this didn’t make us feel to welcoming.

Host was very friendly and assisted no matter if we were calling him few times more during the stay. The place is located on quiet location next to the woods getting a countryside feeling, but actually it is nearby the metropolis of the city. Some reviews were given here negative, but I suggest to consider everyone that those actually were written based on made up emotions, trying to blame others for their own problem. This is why I have asked the host 10 extra questions what is and what is not missing from the everyday belongings, so we can pick up simple things we need during the stay, and actually they shouldn’t have to be provided from every host as a standard. It helped us to avoid from misunderstanding and satisfaction and f the stay

The house was very messy. I even think the bed sheets werent changed because there was sand in our bed. All the trash cans were full from last people. Someones towels and shower gels were in the showers. Water is smelly. And water wont go down if u shower. Outside has seen better days, weeds growing out of the paving and some old stuff for construction is laying around. As bookings says entire house is yours but some guy was sleeping in the same house. If youre looking to stay with kids and hopeing clean place then this house is not for you. We werent happy at all with this place so i dont recommend this to anyoone.

We have been traveling with our group for many years and have never experienced anything like this - a complete stranger stayed in the house with us. Not another guest, but the person who welcomed us to the place - maybe he was the owner? We don't know because he didn't introduce himself. He said he was staying because he was worried about the place, was afraid we would vandalize or something. Even though we had a 3-month-old baby and two pregnant women with us.. What harm could we have done?! It was even weirder that he walked around, smoked some meat next to the house, which was smoking so bad that made being outside super unpleasant, not to mention keeping the windows open for fresh air. The girls in our group felt themselves very uncomfortable under the same roof with a strange man. The house was cold when we got there. What else was cold? Hot water. "Hot water is slowly coming," he said when we had already been there for hours. Like what? We booked this place half a year ago and he was not ready to ensure us basic human needs. Also the surrounding of the house was quite a mess - pile of old wood/trash in the driveway, weed between pavers. Place was dirty, electrical plugs did not work in bedrooms. The dishes were dirty so we had to wash them (with cold water of course). Almost everything was either "broken" or "stolen" by the previous guest. Such as dishwasher, sound system or oven plate etc. And it's quite absurd that we have to pay extra for the sauna, when you have so many things which are broken or just missing in the house. In conclusion, we have a friendly suggestion - as we paid quite a lot for the place - use the money to improve the inventory of the house. The whole stay was really uncomfortable and not worth the money. And it is actually quite weird when the stranger is in the same house what you have booked. Ending on a positive note - this place is perfect for some teenagers or graduates to party.

The water smelt of sewage. No towels provided. Host wasn’t very friendly, but brought us a new kettle when the one didn’t work. New kettle had rust in it and water was brown from it

This is a venue we've frequented for the past nine years. Unfortunately, our experience this time was marred by unexpected surprises and no noticeable increase in quality. The venue manager was very helpful, but we were taken aback when we discovered that in addition to increased prices, certain amenities we were used to enjoying now came with an additional cost. Specifically, we were informed upon arrival that we had to pay extra for using the hot tub and sauna this time (previously it has always been included in the price), even though the listing had a green checkmark next to these facilities, indicating their availability (which now seems to be updated to reflect the reality, adding "Additional charge" to those, but at the time of our stay it wasn't - we have screenshots). The owner argued that it should have been obvious that not all amenities with a green checkmark are included in the price, but there was no mention of this in the description at the time of booking OR stay. To avoid the confusion, the owner advised us to use their website instead of booking.com next time. We were further disappointed by the fact that, despite the price increase, the quality of service had not improved. The guest house was severely lacking in basic items like dishes, glasses, and plates. Additionally, there were still no provisions for sauna use, such as towels, robes, or sauna hats, and no toiletries were provided, except for hand soap in the bathrooms. But luckily we were prepared for that, because it wasn't our first time here. The hot tub experience left much to be desired too. The hot tub was leaking and the water appeared dirty, and, according to one guest, seemed to come from a hose connected to a nearby pond (which might not be true). Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we will likely be seeking alternative accommodations for our future trips, luckily there are multiple choices for the same or lower price around.

The venue manager was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us get in sooner and get the party prepared. Very fast communication too, helping with all the questions we had. Location is very convenient and quite private and scenic.
