Location is at the heart of the old town but in a quieter corner. restaurants and cafes are within 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Main attractions are in the Hotel’s backyard. The room is very spacious. I like the fact that it features a kitchenette. Breakfast is super.

Nothing, Everything was great

It was fabulous in every way. We stayed at the 2 room suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. We really really appreciated the laundry facilities available in the basement and it was so convenient to use after a long travel across the Baltics. The location of the hotel is perfect, its beautiful, luxurious... I cannot recommend it enough!

Due to the location of the hotel (near to bars and restaurants) it was quite noisy on the Saturday night when we were trying to sleep. However, we were on the second floor - I think if you were on the higher floors it wouldnt be much of an issue. Also - we did have the window open so this would be less of a problem in winter.

Great hotel - room was lovely, very big and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. The hotel was located perfectly in the old town - close to restaurants and the main sites. Can't comment on other facilities such as the restaurant/bar or the sauna/gym (as didnt use them), but the restaurant looked good and had very good reviews online.

Great room, helpful to have the small kitchen area. Lovely bathroom and toiletries which felt especially luxury. Good breakfast and when I asked staff offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for my last morning when I had to leave before the breakfast timeslot opened.

Excellent hotel, great location! Beautiful place to stay in a quiet street. We received an upgrade and stayed in one of the suite. It was just wonderful! It was an apartment really. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Totally satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Excellent Michelin restaurant on site. Plan to eat there but you need to reserve. Breakfast was superb!

1) Friday night - very loud disco/partying noise until 0500hrs! (galling because I had unwittingly paid about 30 euros extra for that night's stay!) Did not sleep at all. 2) Cost of breakfast at 20 euros is outrageous so I went elsewhere. 3) My face flannel was taken away by the hotel cleaners in error.

This is not a biggie - but there were some strange noises probably from plumbing. It woke us up on the first night because we thought our bathtub was overflowing.

This hotel has great location. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
