I use Homly S22 services often. The apartments are very well located. The apartments are clean and cozy. Well soundproofed, so they do not disturb sounds from the street or from neighboring apartments. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. I always like to go back there.

The electric stove is connected incorrectly and there was 1 wire loose in the wall in the bathroom. One afternoon the wifi disappeared.

No proper communication from beginning where to come, how to check in, had to ask before arrival when realized I havo no adress nor check-in code. We came after check-in hours, couldnt find our keys, because cleaning lady was still in the room. Sofa was wet for some reason & not very comfy. No coffee for guests.

The neighborhood was very quiet, and while perfectly safe, it's not the best; drunks passed out in the field next door. There was shower gel, but no shampoo (small complaint) If you like to sleep in late the road gets quite noisy with traffic.

Looks just like the photos. Comfortable and with plenty of space in the living room. Bathroom was nice, shower was good. Entry was easy using the codes provided. Near to a bus stop and tram stop or about 30 min walk into the city.

Nice little appartment. Bus station in front of the house and tram station behind is perfect to get easy transport to all hot spots. Safe parking slots behind the house available. We had a good stay with our baby and our dog. Be aware of the deposit. Everything works well with it.

Very nice newly refurbished apartment. Close to shop and a short taxi ride (€4-6) to old town centre. Washing machine and dishwasher. Full kitchen facility. Super comfy bed.

There was a noice of renovation coming from the outside and I needed to close the window, even though it was pretty warm in the room. No air conditioning. I was on the 2nd floor and it was warm, not so hot.. But it could be hectic without an AC, if it was hotter outside.

I liked the building and the apartment itself. It was with recent renovation and clean. It was easy to get in at midnight following all the instructions. The bed was comfortable.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. A lot of storage and wardrobe space which is usually an issue with other apartments. Well equipped with all necessary - washing machine, coffee maker, smart tv and fast internet. Nice interior and quiet place. Very responsive host, responded to my query late in the evening. 👍🏻

During my stay, some construction work was going on, but it wasn't too loud and the workers were really polite.

The location is perfect (which was my main focus), the apartment is within walkable distance from the bus station, quiet, and safe.

I booked this property at short notice due to my business travel requirements and thought that during the winter, and because of a heavy snowfall, it might have been too far away from the city centre for walking, however, it was a fantastic place to stay. The building was very new with decorative works ongoing during my stay but at no time was I disturbed and the owner, who was regularly on site, was always friendly, helpful and considerate when our paths crossed.
