It would be absolutely amazing if we could have the option of a gluten-free menu for breakfast.

The staff are so lovely and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the room window. And the beach is right there, just a stone's throw away from the hotel!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed us that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning view. It really made our stay extra special. But the highlight was when they surprised my mum with a birthday cake in the room! It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made my day! Thank you to the amazing staff for making this birthday trip unforgettable! I can't wait to come back.

All the services were amazing. Hotel personnel was quite helpful and friendly. The room is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. Very tasty dishes for a breakfast. Hope that next time will have enough time to visit SPA-center. Unfortunately this time my stay was too short :-(

Although it was not much of a deal, I have to admit that there should be some maintenance soon. We were happy to have a balcony, but the balcony looked sad. Some tiles were broken and it was just old. Looked dirty, although it was not. The cleaning ladies and gentleman's do an outstanding job! It was just old. The topper and the mattresses should be replaced soon too.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. The personnel all outstanding! We enjoyed our stay very much! The Breakfast is great, everyone will find something nice to start the day. The Pool and the Sauna Area is a great Bonus! Location is perfect! Not far from Restaurants and most important from the beach! We will come back!

The restaurant manager was a little in character (when asking for cream - I had to wait 3 people in line for a cappuccino, although it took him exactly 20 seconds to get it from the refrigerator), but ok, try to please everyone).

Good location, 8 minutes by car to the center of Jurmala. To the beach - 5 minutes through the forest. About the restaurant: Excellent breakfasts, I must say that the staff is also very good, all requests were fulfilled with a smile on their face, which is nice. The spa complex is clean and comfortable. My wife and children want to come back)

The cleaning staff kept knocking at my door even after telling them that i would leave the room soon for them to clean it. There are only 2 elevators so the waiting time for the elevators was long

Family rooms are rather tiny, the wardrobe is way too small for a family of four. Breakfast is average, the layout of the canteen isn't ideal. Charging 6 EUR for a bottle of still water is a crime.

The hotel only had 2 elevators and at certain hours you had to wait for quite a bit to get in the elevator. Smoking was not allowed on the balconies, which is odd, and wish this was disclosed in the booking ad, there was also no designated smoking area, so guests were all smoking in front of the hotel entrance.

A very clean room with nice views of the coast and Riga, the breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to the beach, not many stores nearby though. We did not try the spa as you are not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room.
