Breakfast could be better, to be honest.. Swimming pool- the biggest mistake - there is no one checking what is going on there… Kids (8+) jumping in the head, etc.

Comparing with other hotels in Jurmala it was nice, good location, beautiful view from 9th floor. Good live music at evening. Good swimming pool, but on Sundays-Saturdays better not to go

Ideal place to visit together with anybody! Very family-oriented if that's what you need, but also would be an excellent spot when travelling with friends. The family room was fantastic, kids have a bunk bed with children's table and chairs, and the adults have a whole bedroom to themselves. Kids area doesn't have any power sockets, nor otherwise "loose" or touchable items. Thermostat and balcony access is also in the "adults" room. Spa area is relatively small, but it's offset by the fantastic private outdoor pool area. Restaurant was fantastic in the evening and even better in the morning. Private parking for only 5€, large fenced yard around the complex, including a children's playground. Everything is new, the hotel gym is equivalent to an actual gym. A complete gem, and a must stay for every trip to Jūrmala.

I did not like Jurmola itself. No pubs/clubs. No cafes on the Beach. Too many expensive cars, fountains and statues in gardens of some rich people. It is so boring for me.

There was a crack in a floor of a shower cabin. The breakfast was OK, but not great. The coffee was not tasty.

Amazing staff, very helpful, polite and doing everything possible to please their guests. Big hotel, great SPA, amazing procedures for the reasonable price. SPA staff is also very polite and professional! The hotel has several pools (indoor and outdoor), a pool for kids, a kids room, saunas, everything is great! The food in a restaurant was very tasty! The hotel is very kids friendly. We also enjoyed a family room.

There is nothing I can fault. It might be nice to offer accommodation packages for conference participants who just need to sleep at the hotel and do not use the spa or other options offered. Thus, the sum of €71 per night/person is quite high.

A beautiful hotel with even more beautiful surroundings. I'm sad that we only came for one night, I'm looking forward to the next trip to Jurmala. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach, has an excellent breakfast, clean fully equipped rooms and a pleasant lobby bar. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the spa, maybe next time. The conference rooms are nice and comfy.

Well, I think everything is excellent.

This place is excellent for relaxation. The area is green and located just some 50 m from the gulf of Riga. There is a pool and the saunas, along with a jacuzzi. You certainly will enjoy the restaurant with truly tasteful food. Did I mention that each room had a view? Well, it’s true, each room has a view. Enjoy!

Parking is nort free. I paid 5 euro for hotel parking area. Also pool sometimes can be too crowded.

Family room was good, 1 double room for parents and 1 single room for child. Comfy room with clean bathroom. Breakfast is varied, pool&spa section also good for families. I also like that you can find a small gym,plates studio and kid games room in hotel

Scrambled eggs, why don’t they offer simply fried eggs. When the hotel is pretty full, there is a problem with elevators, sometimes it takes around 5-10 minutes to wait.

Mattress was very hard,some people might not like it. Family room could be bigger but was enough.There was just 1 jacuzzi, hope to see more in the future.
