I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is amazing in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast area was delightful with a great selection. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riga—it's an opportunity not to be missed!"

the cigarr club is absolutly perfect. And certainly a reason by its own to book this hotel. But its the overall service level that can match the best once in europe. Concierge made some really good recomendations. They have a small but fun casino in the building but its not a part of the hotel.

We stay in this hotel regularly because the staff are such a delight. On this occasion we booked a suite and loved the space and the comfort. The laundry service was fast and efficient. Similarly the concierge service was outstanding in printing airline boarding passes. On the evening before departure we were asked if we needed any assistance. Having booked a taxi to the airport it arrived spot on time and the friendly doorman took care of our bags.

This was our third visit to this exceptional hotel. Each visit we had a slightly different sized room and they were all great. We particularly liked having plenty of comfortable seating to relax in. All the hotel staff were a delight. So the level of service is superb.

This was our second visit to this exceptional hotel. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly and obviously well trained. The standard of the rooms and facilities was very high. Lunch in the top floor restaurant was very good, served by professional and competent staff.

Teeny bottles of shampoo, gel and conditioner in rooms. Would have liked larger bottles or bottles attached to the walls as in other hotels. Not much in the way of selection of breads at breakfast or cheese, cheese rather dried up also.

The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Amazing bath and great fluffy towels and robes. Great a la carte breakfast choices and omelette station. Really good coffee at breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous. The hotel itself was even better.. This is an elegant hotel that we highly recommend for the best of everything Literally within twenty steps of old town.

Breakfast (and lunch/dinner) was the worst experience during the stay. I don't know why, however it was a problem to get a hot tea or coffee. A choice of food was mediocre. For example, the restaurant offered at most two sorts cheese, and the cheese sometimes was warm and not fresh. It looked, like a menu of the restaurant on the 8-th floor was not changed for months. From my point of view, both restaurants were highly overpriced and pretentious.

A room, sauna and gym were clean and well maintained.
